This facility is in an excellent location, a 5-minute walk from Higashidakan Station and a short walk from National Route 7, and you can also walk back from the drinking street, so you can return home with peace of mind even after enjoying the Odate at night. It is also ideal for families, and the spacious interior is designed to allow the whole family to relax.There is also a kitchen and living room, which is characterized by the ease of use of home. There is also parking for two cars, which is very convenient for those who come by car.There is also a convenience store within walking distance, making the environment within easy reach of everything you need. Odate City is also known as the home of Akita Dog, which is famous for its Chadu Hachiko, and the authentic place of Kiritanpo. APPI no Mori no Ikken Sora is a wonderful place to spend a heart-enriching time in a quiet environment surrounded by beautiful nature in all seasons. Sora is located within the APPI Snow Mountain Resort area, just 2 minutes by car to the slopes and 5 minutes to the golf course. At the same time, you can access the bustling city of Morioka in just 60 minutes by car, making it a very convenient base for sightseeing in the three prefectures of Iwate, Aomori, and Akita in the Northeast. We recommend using a private vehicle to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The APPI Snow Mountain Resort area has shops, restaurants, and convenience stores, and there is also a supermarket about 20 minutes away by car. There are also great hot spring areas such as Matsukawa Onsen, and Hachimantai Ski Resort and Shimokura Ski Resort are also nearby. It is a cool highland area at an altitude of 900 m, so you can enjoy the natural air conditioning in the summer and a comfortable stay in the warm rooms in the winter. Chokai.Nearby, you can enjoy seasonal vegetables and seafood at Roadside Station Kikagata.There is also a beach nearby for families to enjoy.You can also enjoy fishing and trekking activities.You can enjoy it with your family or a group of friends by renting the whole house.Because of the covered barbecue space, there was no wind, and if it rains lightly, it was possible to barbecue.Please refrain if you don't like insects because it is located in a location that is prone to insects.It can accommodate up to 8 people, but the bedding is only for 6 people, so please prepare for 2 guests. * The lawn is not private property but a public place.The general public may also pass through or take a walk. * Because it is a private lodging facility, there are no hotel-like services.

Halcoya Hanare, an inn to enjoy the trees

Shizukuishi Town in Iwate Prefecture is a tourist destination where you can enjoy Koiwai Farm, Lake Goshiki, ski resorts, and hot springs. 　Minpaku Halcoya is located near Lake Goshiki, overlooking Mt. Iwate. This facility was built using trees from the town to allow people to experience the warmth of living with wood.   　If you are interested in Shizukuishi life, want to relax in nature, enjoy time with family and friends in a different space than usual... please come and visit us. Halcoya Hanare is a separate building from Halcoya, and is an owner-less, entire home rental. This is a small, newly built house that can accommodate up to 3 people. * Please note that Halcoya Hanare does not currently have WiFi.

Kakunodate guest house Choux

It is a dormitory type guest house using a trailer house. About 3 hours on the Akita Shinkansen from Tokyo, 6 minutes on foot from Kakunodate Station. There is also parking. No meals are provided, but a communal kitchen and lounge are provided as public space. There is a supermarket, convenience store, restaurants and etc. within walking distance. We have shower room, but you can go to the nearby hot spring facilities. There is free WI-FI and rental e-bikes are being prepared in green season.

Share Village Machimura

This is an old thatched house built in 143 years ago. The family that has lived in the house for generations has protected it, but it was planned to be demolished because of the financial issues in 2014. In order to preserve the original landscape of the satoyama for the next generation, we revitalize the house as a membership guest house. However, the activities were stopped due to the pandemic. In June 2024 we reopened the house as a private accommodation place (rental vacation house).

Cozy Log-house in the foot of Mt. Chokai

Cozy log house, located in the foot of Mt. Chokai. You can spend a cozy and relax time. It is an ideal place for hiking, back country ski, nature traveling. Here is useful place to access to; "Mt. Chokai", Hokodate gate: 25min by car. "Moto-taki", water fall: to the parking 10min by car. "Shishigahana wet lant", "Nakajimadai": to the parking 15min by car. "Tamasudare falls": 50min by car. "Moriko Omonoimi Shrine" 40min by car. There are a few hot-spring facility around here.

Next to our guest house,there is a Traditional restaurant ,you should try that. 武家屋敷のメインストリートまで徒歩3分、桧木内川まで5分さらに徒歩2分のところにコンビニや宿泊場所すぐ近くには70年続く地元の郷土料理のレストランもあり存分に観光をお楽しみ頂けます。敷地内に無料の駐車場も有り無料の自転車も3台貸し出ししております。さらに人数関係無くワングループオンリーですのでストレスフリーでご宿泊頂けます。

和風の一軒家を貸切できます。 洗面所、トイレは改装済みなのできれいです。台所とダイニングは洋風で使いやすくなっております。お食事は提供できませんが、調理器具と食器が揃っておりますので近くのスーパーマーケットで食材を買って自炊もできます。 北上駅から車で10分、東北自動車道北上江釣子ICから10分、花巻空港まで25分ほどでアクセス良好です。スーパーマーケット、コンビニ、ホームセンターは車で5分以内の圏内にあります。
