We are spare homes re-painting and renting out their spare homes, and they are indeed “homestays,” unprofessional, so that the price provides a simple and clean space at a good price.We change the sheets, mopped, and tidy up the room after each guest left.If you are a traveler who put our standards at a hotel level, we are a professional homestay opposite, they are great, you can refer to it.In addition, we are pet friendly homestay, that is, there may be net shit in the public area, I believe the owners are very high quality, but the dogs will pee when they don't pay attention.While we check it out every day, we don't patrol 24 hours a day, so please keep looking down if we can accept it.The house is located on the security road in the central and western district of Tainan, 300 meters from Guohua Street, 400 meters from the aldon porridge, and 200 meters from the underground parking lot on Hai 'an Road.The door can only be parked by locomotive.The room is electronically locked, the room is individually air-conditioned, and the bathroom is outside the door.You can make another air bed with one air bed, which can accommodate up to four people.There is no elevator on the fourth floor of the room, the whole building is only one room on the 234th floor, but the second floor is a family room, only for rent on the third and fourth floors, you are likely to have a chance but do not guarantee a private building.There are utensils, fridge, microwave ovens on the first floor, and a washing machine on the 5th floor can be borrowed for free.The whole building is non-smoking, thank you for smoking guests.

這間房源走路6分鐘即到達南紡購物中心，走路不到5分鐘就有各式餐廳可以享用美食，有厲害的文章牛肉湯分店、小籠包店、日本料理店，各家飲料店⋯⋯⋯ 這間房子本來是阿嬤老家，阿嬤搬去電梯大樓之後，我們晚輩想說整理一下還是可以住得很舒適，結果不小心整理得太漂亮，我覺得應該要跟喜歡來台南玩的朋友分享所以開放空房給大家來玩我們房源是有個缺點位於在靜巷內，鄰居有點煩，可能不能大聲喧嘩，開趴，正常生活聲量是沒問題的門口停車：因為我們的巷弄比較小又有鄰居會在巷子停車，所以我們門口只能開得進小車 ex. Kicks,Livina,Swift,Yaris ,比它們再長的車可能就要找附近停車場停車。
