Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Taipei

I travel often and use Airbb most of the time. Charles is the most receptive and caring host I've ever experienced, feom booking until leaving. His description was accurate, checkin was easy, and the price worth every penny. Comfy bed, clean, and in the middle of everything. Anytime I find myself in Taipei, my trip will be based around the availability of Charles' apartment!

The listing is a modern condo in central Taipei that is very accessible and close to the station. The house is very clean and cozy. I shared the place with three other friends and Frank has kindly arranged an extra sofa bed for us. The rooms are divided by movable dividers, so we had the choice to join the rooms into one big living space or have separate rooms for extra privacy. The listing has two clean and fully furnished bathrooms, making it extra convenient for larger groups. The washer with drying function was really useful, especially for longer stays.

A lovely little get-away in the middle of the city. Extremely private with everything you need inside, and modern furnishings and appliances. Even with three bedrooms, the sound-proofing is really good, way better than most of my experiences in the city, which ensures a peaceful night sleep as well.

great location. stayed here twice, both time the unit was clean and quiet. between 2 subway stations and accisible to 3 different subway lines.

I had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made it immediately comfortable. I especially appreciated the easy access to both bus and train stations. Super convenient for getting around without a car. One of my favorite features was the laundry area with a washer and dryer. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a day out. There are plenty of street food options and convenience stores within walking distance. The only minor issue was figuring out how to get cold water from the dispenser — I couldn’t quite manage it, but it didn’t impact the overall experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a calm atmosphere!

Das Zimmer sieht entsprechend den Bildern aus und bietet viel Platz. Vorab war die Kommunikation mit Ming sehr nett! Er hat mir verständliche und klare Anweisungen zum Check In gegeben und war auch sonst immer sehr schnell erreichbar und dabei sehr freundlich! Meine Fragen wurden schnell und hilfsbereit beantwortet. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr sauber. Ich lege sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und es hat alles gestimmt. Die Lage ist super (in Ximen) und dennoch ruhig und privat. Zur Metro Station „Ximen“ läuft man 5-10 min. Man erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell. Anschließend ist zu sagen, dass ich immer wieder zurückkommen würde, wenn ich wieder in Taipeh bin. Ich habe mich sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ming hat mir beim Abschied noch eine kleine Verpflegung für den Weg zum Flughafen mitgegeben. Ich danke dir sehr für diesen schönen Aufenthalt. ☺️

The location was excellent, just a 5 minute walk from one of the Taipei Main Station exits, which made getting around the city supeeeeer convenient. There's a 7-11 right across the street and you can easily access just about anywhere in Taipei from here. We were also just steps away from a lovely cafe that we absolutely adored, we grabbed our morning coffee there every single day of our stay! We experienced a bit of noise from the neighbouring Airbnb unit but the host was very responsive and helpful in resolving the issue (they texted the other owner!!). They also kindly allowed us to check in a little earlier, which we really appreciated. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay for two! <33

Great place for my boyfriend and I’s week long stay in Taipei. Conveniently located in ximen and within walking distance of the MRT and various bus stops. Would recommend!

Mike was very kind and reponsive to our questions and concerns. he is a super host, his place is clean and beautiful. his flat was quiet and within waking distance to stations. it has kitchen and washing machine. we are very lucky to find Mike's beautiful house. we had a wonderful stay.

Cindy’s apartment is an absolute gem, beautifully designed, serene, and perfectly located on a peaceful, tree-lined street with exotic foliage like banyan trees and floral bushes, and the calming sound of exotic birdsong. It offers a sense of calm and privacy while still being just steps away from the best of the city. SimplyMart+ is nearby for healthy groceries, GonnaEat has great smoothies and American fare, and authentic Taiwanese restaurants are on every corner (quite a few Michelin star ones too). The space is filled with natural light and large windows and surrounded by greenery, creating a fresh, uplifting atmosphere. The layout flows beautifully with great Feng Shui, and the air conditioning keeps everything cool and comfortable, a true retreat after a day of exploring.

Dora’s Airbnb was great. Spacious, clean, and located in a great spot. Dora was also very responsive. The bathroom plug was missing and they replaced immediately. They also provided multiple amenities for kids. High chairs, bassinet, stroller, car seat and kids books. Would definitely stay there again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Matthew’s place — it was the perfect way to end our trip on a high note after a bad airbnb experience in Japan. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and incredibly well-located, with stunning views of the city and Taipei 101. There were so many great food options nearby, and getting around was easy and convenient. What truly made the stay special was Matthew himself. He was so warm, welcoming, and thoughtful — you could really feel the care he puts into hosting. The bed was amazingly comfortable; our kids slept better here than anywhere else on our trip. We genuinely loved everything about this place and were sad to leave. Thank you, Matthew, for everything. You and your place truly made our trip unforgettable.

I enjoyed this stay very much! It was very ideal for my mom and I, the place was spacious enough for the two of us with 2 full size suitcases. Walkable to train stations and in a very safe area! We walked back home late often and never felt like we were in danger. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. I would come back to this place in a heartbeat!

Super convenient location close to Songshan MRT and TRA. Few minute walk to Raohe night market as well. Loads of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Good space for 2 people. Adam was also very responsive and accommodating. Loads of amenities and very convenient porch to hang clothes.

Wise use of available spaces and more than enough storage to keep things organized, brightly lit hallways and rooms are hallmarks of Yumi's place. The unit is very tidy, the bed is soft and comfortable. Bed linen and sheets are clean and not itchy. Having a rice cooker, microwave, kitchenette and washer are a big plus. Yumi anticipates the needs of her guests and provided things like scissors, adapter plug, cling wrap, transparent tape, kitchen rag, oven mittens, iron, and board, clip hangers, and shampoo, conditioner and body wash, towels and coffee and tea, etc. A dining table and a vanity/work table are available for you to use. The unit is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The roads are well lit even at night. A Carrefour supermarket and convenience stores are within 3-4 minutes walking distance. There are some local eateries around worth trying. Yumi is a very responsive and helpful host. We would love to come back and stay in Yumi's place again. I highly recommend it!

We stayed a week here and it was perfect, couldn’t ask for anything better. Great location - the supermarket in the same building is excellent - and walking distance to the metro stations. The place is spacious and very comfortable. Having a full kitchen and washing machine made our stay very easy. Grace is a kind host and very responsive to any questions I had.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotlessly clean and incredibly well-maintained—it truly felt like a home away from home. Its location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Taipei 101, close to the metro, and surrounded by everything you could possibly need, including 7-Eleven and lots of shopping options. The building has 24/7 security, and the guards were always friendly and welcoming, which made me feel extra safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Inside, the house is modern, cozy, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the space feel warm and inviting. And the host? Absolutely amazing—super helpful and always quick to respond, which made my entire trip stress-free. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Taipei

Alan was fantastic! Super responsive and always wanting to help make your stay great! His place was right next to the Shilin night market and public transportation was near which made it easy to get pretty much anywhere.

MRT 타이페이 역과 타이페이 메인역과 가깝고요 주변 총좌빙이랑 커피 맛집도 있고 시먼딩 시장과도 가깝고~~ 시설도 깔끔하고 다 좋았습니다!!
