Noted: Airbnb sets a new policy in July 2026. Airbnb never tell you, only me..cuz I treat you like my friend, I don't want to lie you... But , our space is out of this Law, we are legal cuz we rent the space with ""sofa""for celebrating/cooking/board game use, not a room with ""mattress""for accommodation use , you don't have to worry about the bad situation above that happened during your happy celebrating time... you are so smart, you must have already got what I mean....haha... And of course Airbnb never tell you the law, cuz every different countries have different laws with" Airbnb Apps", so airbnb just a website which want make a lot of money, Airbnb ask all the host and guest to have the responsibility for their own behaviours , so , of course no refound (airbnb think this is the thing you should search on the internet and know by yourself, also the host never tell you too) But, our space has no problems with this law, we researched and discuss with a lot of Lawyers..we also have a team of lawyers to protect you out of the trouble.
