Good, clean and kind owner

Honestly nothing to complain about the place. Had to book same day at 7pm and check in was ready at 8pm. Host is extremely responsive. Spacious living room with TV. Toilet and bathroom seperated, would need to work along if staying 3 person or more. Cleanliness is there. If I had to be picky, AC needs to be serviced as all rooms had dripping - not major issue. Might be hard for people that are extremely sensitive to noise to get a good night sleep due to the window not being soundproof. Bedrooms does have some small dusts but manageable. All in all, location is fantastic, many restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner nearby. Parking will be quite limited.

House is simple and clean and it’s very near to the town, making it easy for us to find food and move about. Water pressure is strong too, plus point for our shower experience :) Only small recommendations to the owner to fix the toilet door and sink :)

Great location, just a few minutes from KK town centre. The homestay is clean and meets our expectation. The kids enjoy the pool very much.

The homestay is very clean & spacious. There is enough bed for 12 paxes. The homestay got a lot entertainment equipment such as rummy, poker cards, karaoke system, tvbox, and kids swing & slides. Suitable for family stay with infant too. The only thing that owner can improve is the water pressure is a bit low during shower. Suggest owner can add a water pump to boost the water pressure. Other than that was all good !

The house was beautiful and impeccably clean. Mr Lim was a gracious host who responded quickly to our booking request and was ever so thoughtful to switch on porch lights for us as we were arriving on a rainy night. Definitely recommended place to stay when coming over to Taiping, especially if visiting in groups.

Squeaky clean house except for a bit of water leakage in kitchen. May is very helpful, friendly and extremely great Host. Most of all trustworthy when she notify us of jewellery that was left behind. Thanks May for being a very good Host.

Very clean and comfortable. The area is very spacious also. Suitable for family stay. However there’s no wifi, that would be perfect if wifi is available
