Apartment holiday rentals in Taishan District

Place is really convenient and enjoyable, everything nearby. The house was clean and with all accommodations necessary. Very good communication with hosts. We really enjoyed, thank you !

Host Hsuan Chen is extremely communicative, friendly and helpful, went above and beyond to get us a new microwave when we asked for one. The house is small but clean and features all fully functioning and moder. the feature i like the most was the bathroom ,modern and has heater function very useful for drying our towels indoors and the host provided many useful amenities which makes for a practical and comfortable stay. small issue with shower drain but host is looking into it. Sally's place was great! it was convenient to go to Ximending from there. Host was also very responsive and helpful to any doubts or questions we had. Many great food recommendations were also sent to us during the trip👍

The overall accommodation for 15 days is not bad... The space is large (family friendly) and fully equipped, and the landlord will respond quickly to any problems... The point is that it is very close to the subway station and very convenient...

I love coming here as it's on the 1st floor and easy to get into Ximen via the nearby bus, just a short hop across the bridge or you can go to Sanchong Station and go straight on the airport main line or into Taipei.

Melody’s place is great. Bus stops, restaurants, and convenience stores right downstairs. It was a bit confusing at first because Melody said that for two people, she will only open one bedroom, even though we rented the whole apartment. I was staying with my sister and we’re both in our 40s, so we asked Melody for both bedrooms to be opened, and that’s extra. We thought about changing our reservation because of this weird rule, and Melody agreed to open both bedrooms at no extra cost. The appliances and bathroom were both a bit dated, but still kept rather clean. Finding a pair of nose hair trimming scissors in the medicine cabinet irked us a bit though. Melody was a great host over all, we did forget a few items behind and Melody was nice enough to let us retrieve them.

Amazing place great helpful staff

This is the most textured and relaxing Airbnb I've ever stayed in Taipei! This is more of an experience about aesthetics and tranquility.The room is meticulously arranged with every lamp, every painting, the combination of beige and wood makes people feel warm as soon as they enter the door, the overall style is minimalist but full of poetry, completely in line with all my imagination of high-end Japanese wabi-sabi style. The bed is very comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable (I consider myself a person who is very demanding of cleanliness), and even more attentive than many high-end hotels.The morning when the sunlight comes in through the large windows is one of the most comfortable moments of the trip. Transportation is also very convenient, about ten minutes from Ximending Station, but it is surprisingly quiet to live in, a rare quiet place in the city center. If you are looking for a space that is full of beauty and truly relaxing for the mind and body, this is definitely the first choice.I would like to come back and would highly recommend it to friends!

Coco is a very responsive host and kindly accommodated our extra requests. The location is superb, just above Mrt station. Shopping mall is just next door. The cleanliness can be improved. Overall, it's a very convenient place to stay.

The house itself is remodeled and decorated in a really cool way. The entry process was super easy to do via self-check in. The internet was very stable and fast. Jessie was a great host and proactive in communication. We had some home maintenance that was required to be performed during our stay and the guy who did that was also very kind and helpful. Really, the only significant negative we faced was noise problems from some very loud neighbors in the floor above and across the hall, which I hope was simply due to guests at another short-term rental. It was only 3 nights out of our entire 13 day stay. My kids rated this as their favorite AirBnb of all those that we have stayed at in Taipei.

Smooth experience from inquiry, booking, checkin and checkout. Place is super clean and all amenities, inclusions etc are provided as mentioned in the post. We had everything we needed. Amanda was nice enough to let us extend our checkout for free since our flight is at night time. Place is highly recommended and I was glad that we chose to book her place rather than to book a hotel

We had a great 5 night stay at Andrew's apartment. The apartment itself is very stylish and nicely renovated. It is very large in size and we really enjoyed having so much natural light from the big open windows. The jacuzzi tub was also a highlight. If you're coming to Taipei for the first time, this neighborhood isn't very convenient though. There are no metro stops anywhere near the apartment and most of the major places to visit in Taipei are far away. Obviously this is not at any fault to Andrew. Also, compared to other Airbnb's we've stayed in that feel more like an apartment rental, this one is more like renting a few nights in a friends place where their stuff is everywhere and it isn't as setup for guests comfort in the way other Airbnbs are. But we really loved our time here and still highly recommend a stay if you have the chance.

It looks just like the pictures. It’s a great place to say for one person or a couple. The view from the room is beautiful. The shower and especially the hot tub were wonderful. It’s a good place to relax for a few days and easy to get to Tamsui Old street from the room.

The butler is warm and friendly, attentive and polite, note that we have a small baby proactively provide a baby bath with our companion, help us solve the situation where the phone card is unusable, the listing provides several travel guides in different areas, there is also a promotional driver charter service, the driver is very friendly, take us to play Yilan for a day, introduce local food, and the service😊🙏🏻 is very satisfied with this time I chose Bitan this trip

Cindy’s place was wonderful. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for my stay. It looked exactly like the photos as well, which was much appreciated. It had plenty of closet space and a nice bathroom and living area. Plenty to do and eat in the surrounding area as well. Cindy was a fantastic host. She greeted me upon checkin and made me feel right at home. She was super responsive and helpful when I needed some assistance with the washer / dryer, which was new. She also helped me with some local recommendations. Would love to stay again!

They were always kind to contact us.I loved the view of fresh water from the room.It was fully equipped and I had a comfortable stay.

The location is very good, close to Shilin MRT Station and Shilin Night Market, the bed is also very comfortable, and on rainy days, they bring an umbrella to pick us up at the designated location, and leave a mop so that we can simply mop the floor and maintain the internal cleanliness.The trash can is also very large, super awesome, and doesn't make it difficult for us to clean up, and the cutlery and refrigerator are provided, making everything very smooth for us.
