Great location, safe, plenty of space for four people in terms of bedding, bathrooms etc. Repairment of a few faults was very quick (i.e. same day). In terms of improvements, guidance for overseas visitors i.e. nearest shops would be handy. We had to buy a few things for the kitchen as we were staying for two weeks i.e. additional utensils. Communication prior to check-in was slower than I'd hope for given we were travelling overseas. Overall this is a comfortable place to stay for anyone that wants to explore Dushanbe.

Glad to have stayed here and I wish I could’ve booked it for longer. Ato is a wonderful host and was very helpful with the questions I had, as well as accommodating early check-in. The apartment is clean and neat, and more importantly located centrally. Would gladly stay here again!

We visited family in Dushanbe from Canada for 3 weeks and needed to book 3 of Ato's apartments. They were perfect for our stay. Here are some specific comments: - Ato provided airport transfer for our arrival and departure, which was amazing since all flights arrive and depart in the middle of the night - We had lots of questions before and during our stay, including sourcing booster seats, check in for our other family members, recommendations for grocery stores etc. and Ato answered them all very promptly. Excellent host! - We had some very minor issues with the AC and internet and Ato responded immediately and had them fixed - Ato included weekly cleaning for our stay, and his cleaner did a deep clean every time! She was amazing - FYI for families: all kitchen chairs are cloth so if you have young kids bringing something to cover it and avoid messes is handy. - Location is fantastic for groceries and restaurants Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Dushanbe!

I had a great stay. The host arranged a taxi for me directly to the accommodation, which made arrival smooth and stress-free. Check-in was flawless. The room is actually much bigger than it appears in the photos; spacious and comfortable. He also invited me to a traditional Tajik dinner, including watermelon for dessert, which was a generous and authentic touch. When I had headaches due to the weather, he offered support and was genuinely helpful. Highly recommended. Quiet, efficient, respectful.
