It was my first time using a private lodging, but communication with Yoichi was smooth, and I was able to stay without any inconvenience. I stayed for consecutive nights, so the towels I used were washed and dried, but I was happy that all the towels were changed the next day.It was also helpful to have a lot of dishes, cookware, and basic condiments in the kitchen. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance!

B&B with natural hot springs/breakfast included (organic farmhouse accommodation near Hirosaki) Hospitality with seasonal ingredients

I had a good time with my energetic dad and mother. The food was delicious and very satisfying, and I was absolutely right to ask for dinner. It was nice to go to the hot spring at night and in the morning, and to spend time in the attic space was reminiscent of the fun as a training camp when I was children, and I was able to experience the extraordinary experience in a calm place. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Kaoru-san and Seiki-san, are two extraordinary and rare souls. They always welcome me with the sense of familiarity and hospitality. The Garden room is situated close to downtown Hachinohe. Many amazing culinary options to explore, and only a half hour walk to Aeon supermarket- Which is open 24 hours a day. The room is always tidy and well maintained. If you wish to explore the moderately travelled path by choosing to visit Hachinohe, please do yourself a favour, and stay with Kaoru-san and Seiki-san. You will not regret it.

Very nice traditional place and the host was very kind. He invited us to a local event going on in the town, and we enjoyed it.

Hoshi no Oka in Oowani

One medium-sized dog and two people stayed for a total of two nights. It was an inn with two lovely owners! A few days before check-in, we changed the schedule at our convenience, but the owner responded very flexibly and quickly. At check-in, they gave me a lot of recommendations, and I was looking forward to Aomori Prefecture even more. He even played with the dog.I am very grateful! There is no residential area around the inn, so I was able to take my dog for a leisurely walk. There are also barbecue tools outside. I think it's a great choice for people who want to bring their dogs, enjoy a barbecue, or stay in a large group!

Experience Japanese life in an authentic Japanese-style room (with free pick-up and drop-off at Hirosaki Station/all-you-can-drink in the fridge)

A great opportunity to immerse oneself in very traditional Japanese guest house culture. A plethora of polite signs throughout to keep you on the straight and narrow as you navigate the complexities of Japanese domestic life. Good breakfast. Extremely clean throughout and our bedroom was of the traditional ryoken type with paper screens, delicate furnishings and ornaments and firm but comfortable futons on the tatami floor. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Pleasant and peaceful neighbourhood, but best to bus it into town for a better selection of restaurants, especially if eating later in the evening. Recommended for those seeking the traditional guest house experience.
