This place was perfect! The term cozy is an understatement. From the yard and throughout the home this place was so welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking needs. The bathroom was spotless and the heated floors were glorious. Best 3 nights sleep we have had on this road trip. my husband was ready to steal the mattress and linens. Our pups loved the large fenced in yard.

Great host! Responded to any questions I had about anything. Place was so clean and well maintained. We truly enjoyed our visit!

Great stay. The home itself was big enough for 6 adults to stay there comfortably, and the rooftop balcony was perfect every morning and evening. Close to major DC attractions. Michael was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed him as well. Highly recommend if you're looking for a stay in the DC area.

Excellent first Airbnb experience! Space was exactly as described and impeccably clean. Located in a beautiful, secure, quiet neighborhood directly across from a park... so pleasant hearing kids playing while heading out to our car instead of typical hotel noise. Daisy and Steven were fantastic hosts, responsive, friendly, and thoughtfully checked on our comfort without being intrusive. Great amenities including off-street parking, EV charger, coffee bar, snacks, and welcome wine. Clear instructions made everything seamless. Would definitely book again - highly recommend!

Jennifer’s Airbnb was great, very clean, quiet, private, and convenient to transit. The parking spot was a huge convenience. Jennifer was easy to communicate with when questions arose. All around good experience. :)

Beautiful park-like setting that’s near the red line and the Connecticut Ave corridor, but is super quiet at night! Natasha is so sweet and caring - it’s a unique stay for sure!

This house had everything we needed for our stay. The added benefit was we could bring our small dogs. The yard was fenced so our dogs couldn’t run out. We used the park and ride at the Grosvenor station on the red line about a 15 minute ride. Patricia even left our dogs some yummy dog treats. We had an enjoyable stay!!

What a wonderful oasis. So easy to find and yet such a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We could easily get to Alexandria, to Dulles, to The Mall, and also to local parks like Green Springs Garden. It's also very close to several restaurants, grocery stores, etc. On a warm summer evening, sitting out on the back patio for our dinner was just delightful. We even saw a fox crossing the road one evening! Whenever we had a question about anything, Jon responded within minutes. All in all, this was the perfect house in the ideal location.

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Cute & spacious boho apartment. My family of 5 was very comfortable inside. Metro & restaurants were close by (5 min or less walk). Free parking pass was great. Currently there is a lot of construction happening in the parking garage and on the street but it wasn’t too loud and once you got used to the few streets that were closed it was easy to drive and walk around the neighborhood.

Lily's place was immaculate and she was very prompt with her responses. The apartment is in a quiet part of Arlington and very walkable. Thanks for a lovely stay!

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

Martha's place is a lovely retreat. There is enough privacy between the main house and the guest house. The guest house is spacious and comfortable with a great screened in porch and access to the pool. It's in a quiet and peaceful area. I look forward to coming back again.

We enjoyed a comfortable 7 night stay with our daughter, son-in law and 2 years old granddaughter who traveled from Oslo, Norway. Oleg is very kind and responsive, the best host we have ever encountered. After we requested some bedding for crib, he ordered them right away and sent us a nice little blanket and a small pillow for our granddaughter in the next morning! He even let us to keep the bedding! The apartment is clean and neat and has all the conveniences needed. It is in a great location, convenient walk to metro, above WholeFoods and other nice restaurants/Starbucks and CVS. We highly recommend the apartment to those who plan to stay in the North Bethesda area.

We had a wonderful stay at Scott’s place! From the moment we arrived, Scott was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The space was spotless and looked exactly like the photos—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. We also had the pleasure of meeting his two sweet and friendly dogs, which was such a lovely bonus! The place had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Scott’s excellent hospitality truly stood out, and we couldn't have asked for a better host. More than enjoyed staying at Kulwa's place. It's very cozy and comfortable and close to the downtown Takoma Park area and Silver Spring is close by. Kulwa was very easy to get in touch. Communication was smooth and she's very flexible. Would stay there again or recommend to friends.

The Garden House was perfect for my weekend getaway in DC. The house smelled great and was so clean. Sits on a very quiet street thats located near so many good restaurants and stores. Loved having a carport right by the entrance as well. Host was so responsive and kind! I will definitely stay here again. I had a great time at the Garden House.

Olofs suite is a peaceful cozy space providing all the necessities. My family felt very relaxed and enjoyed deep sleep before each adventure. The area is beautiful with parks and creeks, and quick access to yummy cafes, restaurants, and bakeries. This space is also a peaceful walk to the metro, perfect for commuters.
