Excellent service from Bastián to the building's concierges, everything very well explained, always cordial above all, the The view is the best, directly to the river, spacious apartment, clean, you can tell they care about heating, even with a bed warmer. We were really happy with the experience.

It's like being in a hotel, everything is impeccably clean and tidy, the attention to detail is remarkable (amenities, hair dryer, two bottles of mineral water, tea and coffee for two, etc.), it's ideal for a couple of days and to explore the surroundings, especially Ecuador Park, with many restaurants nearby (Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, Korean food, etc.). The view is better than we thought! During the day and night you can see the beautiful city. During the stay we did not hear noises from the neighbors and the key lock system is very practical. Totally recommended!

I will start with saying the Carolina's apartment is by far one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had in Concepción. Located in a brand new building next to the park and nearby amenities, it was spotless clean and as pictured. The only inconvenience was learning that the central heating was not working in her apartment despite the images showing a radiator. Nonetheless Carolina provided some electric space heaters and was super responsive to all my additional requests. I would highly recommend her apartment for anyone looking for a clean, well located apartment in Concepción with a great host.

Very good stay, Marlene welcomed us in a friendly way and explained everything in detail. Very good layout. The apartment has a very good location, around a beautiful neighborhood, with various restaurants, close to a shopping center and supermarket. This one complies with the description, very clean, scented and tidy. Also, clean sheets and towels. The only thing I would suggest, since we are in the fall/winter season and the temperatures are low, is to add another heater. Thank you very much Marlene! Without a doubt, if I return to Concepcion, I would stay in this apartment again :)

Excellent place, described exactly as it is. The place is comfortable, clean and functional. It is literally in front of the stadium, so it is also very close to the terminal. It has everything you need, including tea, coffee, sugar and cooking seasonings. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful home in a wonderful environment, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant family time. Description and photos are as and in reality, beautiful view in a quiet neighborhood that loved everyone. Definitely highly recommended and communication with Ronald was always smooth. Home automation gives the stay a plus.

Excellent place to vacation as a family, many activities for entertaining, impeccable swimming pool (not so hot... it is not so hot... it is the south of Chile, but in very good condition of cleanliness and good size for swimming), pool table in good condition and other games in a casita apart from the main house, good quality tennis ground (a lot of maleza and bush around yes, that they p***k their hands to recover the balls), quincho for roast with outdoor light, and green spaces with fruit trees, sun and shade areas... a lovely atmosphere!!! The house itself, simple in its furniture and equipment, but in good condition, clean, cool, and with space / volume that makes it very pleasant. Too bad because the insects outside don't allow you to eat quietly in the outdoor spaces, but eating inside the house was nice so it wasn't frustration having to eat inside. The attention of Juan Manuel and his 2 excellent brothers, with special mention to Miguel, always attentive.

Staying at Tamara's house was an amazing experience. They were very attentive and did everything possible to welcome us at the last minute. In addition, they managed to leave the house spotless for us. Our stay was just perfect. The house is super well-equipped and is a very cozy place. It was two revitalizing days on our trip. We are deeply grateful to Tamara and her husband for welcoming us with such kindness and joy. A real gift!

Casa Mae was definitely the best choice to spend a few days with my 88-year-old mother and wife. Starting with the excellent location(10 meters from the viewpoint of the cove) and on a safe level (greater than 30 meters). The distribution and relaxation is very tasteful and the beds, without exaggerating, like a 5 star hotel for the comfortable. The view from the terrace is beautiful, allowing you to contemplate the work of the fishermen and the arrival and departure of large ships to the bay. 5 minutes from large cove where you can sunbathe and see the surfers who practice there daily. For shopping, 5 minutes from supermarket in Cocholgue Alto and many small businesses as well as in Tomé for fresh seafood and fish shopping. Now, if you are in the beach when the boats arrive and aids in the task of climbing the boat to their place the fishermen give you fish and/or seafood . That happened to me. Emilio was very communicative, clear and friendly. No doubt we will be back!

This place was perfect for us! We loved everything about it, but mainly the amazing view and the peaceful, relaxing vibe. Host was friendly and responsive, greqt communication all around. We are definitely coming back! :)
