Easy location (central too!) Easy flexible check in. The COOLEST welcome- literally! The lights and AC had been turned on already to welcome us - what more could one ask for coming in from the sweltering heat of May! The place was love at first sight! Absolutely true to the pictures, in fact even better in person. Spotless. Tasteful decor, every piece seemed painstakingly handpicked. The room was super cozy. The washing machine and dryer were a big boon. The green and happy balcony one wouldn’t want to leave! The gym and pool upstairs were simply perfect to cool off in the evenings. Every little detail was taken care of and any help required was just a quick phone call away. Our 4 days there felt absolutely at home. And the temptation to extend the stay was real!!! Keep up the excellent work as outstanding hosts, dear Shikha and Gagan! Cheers!

I had a great stay at Nitin's place in Arpora! The location was convenient and peaceful perfect for a relaxing Goan getaway. The space was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Nitin was an excellent host, always responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth and hassle free. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable spot in North Goa. Its a flat at 7th floor overlooking the sea. Views at both night and day from balcony is awesome. There is no kitchen but utensils, plates and refrigerator were provided. The staff was really friendly and communicated properly.

A Hidden Gem in Goa—Must Visit Again! We absolutely loved our stay at Tarunpreet’s beautiful home! Nestled in an absolute gem of a location, the property is superbly placed—peaceful and serene, yet close to everything you'd want access to in North Goa. The aesthetics of the apartment were stunning—every corner thoughtfully done up with attention to detail. The space was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Tarunpreet was a warm and proactive host, offering helpful tips, restaurant recommendations (we especially loved Bungalow 7). Our dog Lucky had the time of his life too—his mornings and evenings were spent happily perched on the balcony, mesmerized by the garden below. It brought us so much joy to see him at peace and curious in such a lovely, pet-friendly space.The pool was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, and the entire complex felt safe and private. We can’t wait to be back—with more friends, family, and, of course, Lucky. Thank you ❤️🙏🏻

The stay exactly looks like the photos and its very clean and modern. Had a great time, every amenity was there. Would highly recommend it.

Recommended for the travellers who wish to explore north and south Goa, with cruise experience at Panjim. Place as described. Elite and luxury interious. Building looks pretty old from outside, but rest as shown in pictures and described. This property is on the first floor. Car park available, ideal for 5-6 people. Had a great weekend stay at Staymaster Oceana in Goa. The apartment was clean and perfect for the two of us. The location really stood out — close enough to all the beaches and restaurants in North Goa. It’s the kind of place that works perfectly for a quick Goa getaway — quiet, convenient, and comfortable. Would happily recommend it and would definitely consider staying again.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Had an amazing experience at Leen Stays. The apartment was cozy and the location was also nice. The cherry on top is the Jacuzzi in the apartment and the infinity pool on the top of the building. Also, Siddharth is very helpful and always responsive. Highly Recommend.
