Our house is located in the mountains, but there are access roads from the main road and from the road to the village of Beskainar. Clean air, sounds of nature and beautiful views around just 30 minutes drive from the city of Almaty. The Oi-Karagai recreation center with a restaurant inside is 5 km away from the house.

We offer our guests a 1-room apartment (54 sq. m.) with a loggia, where you can enjoy your vacation and admire the city view and mountain peaks. Very cozy and quiet. Everything you need for your stay. You can comfortably sit on the loggia and admire the crimson sunset and the lights of the city. Not for rent for entertainment, observe the rules of silence and there is a refundable deposit
