Condo holiday rentals in Talisay City

Great place and experience! Our overall stay was beyond comfortable! We were also able to enjoy some of the amenities (swimming pool, sky garden) of the condo. The place is in IT Park so a lot are accessible, even a 7/11 convenience store right beside the entrance of the bldg and a mall nearby. I hope the owners will maintain the cleanliness of this unit for a long time as it was when we stayed for 2 nights. Plus points that this unit has 3 beds! Kudos to their responsive assistance.

The unit was as described and very cozy. Comfortable bed and good location. The host was very responsive and helpful. I had an issue that she helped me work out and was very accommodating with. I would stay here again but the neighbours were extremely noisy, so keep that in mind. Nothing the host can do about that though.

The place is very homey. You can find everything that you need in the kitchen. Sir Manuel is very responsive in all my queries. The place is also near and accessible. There is a parking space with minimal fee. The place is clean and quiet. We also enjoy the big tv with netflix. Wifi connection is also in great speed. No problem with our stay. Definitely will book again in our future stay. Thank you.

Fantastic place. Very spacious and great views. The best view I ever had sitting on a toilet. Huge window in bathroom. Location is good with 7-11 next door, coffee shop and few restaurants within a short walk. Highly recommend this place. Only complaint would be the shower head in the master bath. For such a nice place I should not have to hold the shower head in my hand while taking a shower. The tub did not have hot water for my 2 yr old to take a bath so we had to fill buckets to pour into the bath from shower. However this would not prevent me from staying again. Also great pool and decent playground area that my daughter enjoyed.

I had a wonderful stay at this home! It was the perfect place to come back to after a full day of exploring Cebu City. The space was peaceful, quiet, and truly felt like a retreat. Everything I needed was provided—the amenities were complete and thoughtfully arranged, making the stay very comfortable. I appreciated the calm and restful environment. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing home base during your Cebu adventure!

The unit is what they described and showed in the photos. it's surprisingly immaculate and the view outside the balcony is a bonus when you wake up in the morning. Great location and a lot of accessible restaurants, fast foods and Robinson supermarket is just next to the building. All the host are all very helpful and responsive with my queries. It was a last minute booking for us and luckily the unit is available the next day with no issue at all. Highly recommended when you visit Cebu for a couple of days or even a week.

Had a great stay-Mary Grace is a fantastic hostess-very responsive and helpful. The place is a real vibe-exposed brick, great layout and nice furnishings make it very homey. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for Sinulog festival it’s far away from the Main city but it’s a great thing that Fely mentioned it a couple of times during our stay so we are aware and set expectations. We are still able to enjoy the festival and comfortable rest afterwards with this place. Make sure to have your data ready because the WIFI signal is stable. We had a lovely stay at Rachel’s place! The unit is cozy, tastefully decorated, and exactly like the photos—no surprises, which we appreciated. It felt welcoming and comfortable, with thoughtful little touches that made it feel like home. Rachel was super responsive and always quick to reply, which made communication easy and stress-free. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in certain corners of the unit, but it wasn’t a big deal for us since we weren’t working remotely or streaming heavily. Overall, it was a great stay—clean, stylish, and in a convenient location. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Nice place to stay

AllyXander has been one of the great Hosts I've stayed on an Airbnb so far. Auntie Mercy who helped us checked in and out is a very nice person who maintained the place in very good condition. We've enjoyed our stay during 1st of January. Guards are very welcoming and very helpful in finding the place for us. Recommended for family who's planning to have some small games in the listing like pinot henyo.

Amazing place, great location , close to beach and restaurants. There was a lot of building work going on next to the building which made sleeping at night not so good but it could not be helped I suppose, Karl was a lovely host and made us feel very welcomed. Our family enjoyed our stay at this amazing home and will definitely stay there again when we visit again x

5 stars! This 1-bedroom condo in Cebu IT Park exceeded my expectations. The amount of space you get is incredible—definitely one of the largest condos I’ve stayed at in the area. It’s perfect if you're traveling with family or just want a bit more room to relax. The location is unbeatable with great walkability to restaurants, shops, and everything you might need. The view from the unit is stunning and exactly like the photos—no surprises. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, space, and convenience in Cebu!
