Holiday rentals with a patio in Talisay City

Good and accommodating host. Our 2go trip was at 6am but our things are locked inside the room so we had to call her and she has been so helpful. She also recommended we visit The Ruins and we’re so glad we did!

Homey vibes and has all amenities we needed for our stay. The cool thing about its location is there’s a connecting walkway (on the 2nd floor) to Robinsons Mall. Unit looks exactly like the photos. Host and staff were friendly and responsive to my inquiries. Thank you for hoisting!

Great location with very helpful staff. The room the very clean and well kept. My children and I felt right at home and enjoyed our stay. Our host was also very helpful and friendly. We can’t wait to come back!

Ma'am Sheryl is a very kind and great host, her place is very clean and fresh. Since we have to settle our additional night, she went nearby the unit and drove us to her coffee shop got some talks about life and financial advices. We will definitely booked her place again!

It was an amazing place to stay in. The host was very responsive, we were out for a vacation in Bacolod so we were lost on our way to the place but great thing was Miss Jam (host) was very helpful and responsive. The place is also great. It is near Landers, the bowling alley, a lot of restaurants and Upper East night market. We brought our 3 kids and they had a great time. Was also able to use the pool. Great place to stay for solo travellers and families.

Nice friendly owner and caretaker . Very good customer service which is most important. Spacious tidy home . Electricity cost payable on checkout is clearly costed and reasonable .

Lovely place to stay with my family. Great having a pool to keep the kids cool during the warm weather. Home has all the amenities you need. Clean and tidy. We had family over and it was great to have the outdoor area to have them over. Thank you for a lovely stay and being a great host.

The place is nice, clean and safe. It's really good for family and barkada. The caretakers are friendly and approachable.

We had a great stay! The host and caretaker were easy to communicate with. The house was pleasant and well-equipped with basic necessities. Adding liquid hand soap in the sinks would have been a nice touch. Our SUV fit perfectly in the garage, though parking was a bit tricky because of maneuvering the gates. Overall, our experience was excellent, and my family loved it.

Highly Recommended! Very accessible to Dumanggas Port and Public Market hihihi. Malinis din ang place and has complete set of appliances and other stuff you need to have a comfortable stay. We had a good stay in this place. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It has a functional design which we liked. The host was very nice and accommodating. When we had a problem with the drain, she was quick to respond and fix the problem. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location was great! We attended an 5-day event in Alegria so this was a great place to unwind after our daily activities. It was also easy to get to Bacolod city, and very accessible to airport via the new road that leads to Silay. Place was clean and roomy. There were 3 bathrooms — we thought there were only 2. So for our group of 7, that was a nice feature. They had a washing machine, great kitchen, AC units in the bedrooms. Overall our experience was good and would recommend it to anyone!

The place is rather small, it would have been ok for 4 people but tight for 5. Th lights in the living room and kitchen are too low (dark)

Geli's unit is exactly how it is described in the listing, but I did not expected to find hidden gems around the neighborhood that I really loved, such as friendly and caring people, Gina's Seafood Market & Restaurant, Manokan Country restaurants, and more. It is very accessible to malls and transportation. I was also touched by how helpful and caring the people in the city are. They go the extra miles when assissting you with anything and often care about you more than their business. As someone who is not used to the scorching hot summer in the Philippines, her place provided exceptional comfort. It is well ventilated and tidy. In addition, Geli is very responsive, proactive, understanding and caring. I am looking forward to visiting Bacolod again to explore more beautiful places and good restaurants, and booking her unit again!

I had a wonderful stay at the 8th Pad Unit in Messavaire Condo, Bacolod. Host Yveth exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was very clean and well-maintained, with all the basic essentials provided for a comfortable stay. What made the experience even more special was Miss Yveth’s attentiveness. I requested an iron to press my toga as I was graduating the next day, and she gladly provided one—something I truly appreciated. Thank you for your warm hospitality and for accommodating my request. I will definitely book again and highly recommend this pad to my friends!
