The cabin is a fully-equipped and comfortable idyll all year round. Private, quiet and very peaceful location close to the lake. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the village swimming area with additional sauna, and the cottage's boat/canoe/kayak. There are fishing waters, berry and mushroom picking areas, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm, there are sheep and you are warmly welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me at hand without me disturbing you.

This newly-built cottage/house is located about 8 km outside Övik. You live 800 meters from Idbyns sea swimming, close to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers away, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Self-catering applies, and the guest cleans up after themselves. If you do not bring your own bed linens/towels, they can be rented on site: bed linens + towels; SEK 150 (€15 or $15) per person for the entire stay. No smoking, pets, or loud parties. Here you have access to nearby hiking trails Or why not take a warming sauna or a 38 degree bath in your own jacuzzi? Gullviks Havbad is within 2 km. The nearest grocery store is 9 km away. 16 km to the center of Örnsköldsvik with Paradisbadet and Skyttis cross-country ski track. There are several slalom slopes in the municipality. In winter, there are snowshoes available to borrow, and two bicycles in summer.

Relax in this peaceful place, close to everything that can be experienced in the High Coast area. The house is located high, surrounded by pine forest and berries (season) .Outside the door you can reach walking paths, viewpoints and fireplaces for excursions. Within walking distance you have canoe rental and a homestead with café. Nearby there are also lakes for swimming and fishing, restaurant Strutsfarmen, Fjällräven Outlet and Friluftcentral. It takes you 7 minutes to get to the city by car.

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Enjoy lake views from the balcony and terrace, cozy fireplace in the kitchen and fireplace in the living room. Two bathrooms, one with bathtub and shower. Wood-fired sauna by the lake with jetty and boat to borrow. In winter, starry skies and the northern lights light up the evenings. Close to hunting and fishing – perfect for relaxing and adventures in the wilderness!

In the summer, there is access to a boathouse and jetty. Nearby you hike in Skuleskogen National Park.
