Departamentos Lizdian 1, esta en planta baja, cuenta con una recámara con cama King size y su baño completo dentro de la recámara, cocina equipada, comedor para 4 personas, y cuenta con 2 camas matrimoniales adicionales que se instalaron en el.espacio que debía ser la sala, por lo que no es otra recámara ya que no tiene la privacidad ni baño propio, todos los huéspedes deben pasar al único baño.
