We had a wonderful stay at Edo’s apartment! From the start, Edo was a gracious and responsive host. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. The apartment was cosy, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. Very IG-able! We ended up spending a good amount of time just relaxing and binging on Netflix movies, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also truly appreciated Edo’s kindness in letting us check out an hour later free of charge. It made a big difference to our travel plans. The location was perfect, close to several major malls, which made shopping, dining, and getting around super convenient. Just a small note, the air conditioning might need a quick service, but overall it didn’t affect our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and hassle-free place to stay. Thank you again, Edo!

spacious, near to jiexpo - walkable, good Aircon, spacious bathroom, surround by mini markets ... have little trouble with wifi and news more spoon 😅

It's my second time at Francisca's place. The flat is ideal for both short and longer stays : Clean, cosy and stylish. The area is great with lot of food options and walkable areas which is not so usual in Jakarta. The view is breath taking and the overall experience is really worth it. Of course I would come back a third time with no hesitation.

Accessing the apartment was hassle-free, with clear instructions provided. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the place, and the facilities were top-notch. I will definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

Great place, clean house, smells good and got PS 5. Complete cooking equipments. Easy check in and located in a very secure neighbourhood.

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

An excellent place to stay. The house has everything that we need, including good air conditioning and wifi (fast fibre, generally very reliable). The host is very good: one of the best that we know. She is quick to respond to problems and requests. We are grateful that she gave us 3 days free because of our long stay in 2022. Be aware that the house is in a residential neighbourhood so you will have the normal sorts of noises for an area like this. Note especially that the house shares walls with the houses on either side, and behind, so sometimes you may hear repairs from these houses. We had very bad luck during our long stay in 2023 because the neighbours next door did noisy renovations for more than five weeks. We had to leave the house every day (even Sunday). It was difficult because the neighbour and the workmen gave wrong information:first they said that it was one day, then one week etc! However, these renovations are finished and we have made another long booking for 2024.

It was a great stay, place was neat, clean, and well prepared. will surely recommend this to others and be back for future stays.

Had great almost 2 months stay at puri orchard apartment! My host were Justin and it was a such blessing having him live on the property-he were available pretty much 24/7 to help, if needed. The positives: -Great property! Clean and so spacious. -The facilities within in the property such as laundry, restaurants, Alfamart, Family mart, even Pharmacy. -The extremely kind and helpful host. -Value for money when you are staying over a few weeks.

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! The apartment is very nice and cozy. It is also very spacious, has two bathrooms, one with a tub, and another with a shower. Two bedrooms, a living/dining/kitchen area and a separate laundry room. It is clean and well-equipped. There was a water dispenser, so we didn't need to buy it in the store, which was very kind of the hosts and very convenient for us. The apartment is connected to the mall which is great too. Mr. Fuad was very kind and met us himself, although there is a self-check in service too. He met us and showed us the apartment, explained some details around the apartment. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
