Holiday rentals with a patio in Taman Tun Dr Ismail

This is easily one of the best airbnb stays if you are in bukit bintang Kl. We had a 5 day stay and we thoroughly enjoyed every single moment at tropicana. Breathtaking city views from the balcony. Loved it. The views are something i am still waking up to everyday even after coming back to home country!! Absolutely clean rooms and washrooms. Perfect air conditioning. Room and amenities were on point as described. Mona and Naz were too helpful and responded to queries within 10 minutes of posting on airbnb app. Overall a 10/10 for tropicana. Would love to come back! Thank you! ☺️

Everything went perfectly. Check-in was easy and clearly communicated and the apartment is nice and clean.

Overall we had a good stay here. The place is spacious and reasonably well maintained. It is in a great location as well. The host is very responsive and helpful. I do think some of the smaller amenities could be improved given the high price point (most other accommodation options in KL are quite a bit cheaper). The bed is not particularly comfortable (though it is not too bad - we didn't have trouble sleeping). The water dispenser's water is lukewarm. There was a very small leak in the bathroom ceiling. And finally the wifi is largely functional but not great, especially for video calls. I should stress that we had a great time here (hence the 5 stars), and most things were well up to standard. But I think it is worth mentioning some of these finer points since this is intended to be luxury accommodation (and is priced as such).

Host: friendly and responsive. Even ask if we want Early check-in. clear instructions given. House: Great, full of amenities. great floor carpet and cleaning cloth available. even Cooking oil, chili sauce, conditioner also available. feel like home. Cleanliness: sparkling clean. location: great, less than 5 min walk to Lalaport Mall. lost of restaurants and great mall not so crowded. Jaya Grocery & Healthland Pharmacy also inside, easy to get all you need. Bonus: lots of children toys, my kid love to play and don't want to leave the room. Cons: sometimes, there are some noise upstairs, no problem if sleep at main bedroom, but will hear it clearly if sleep at second small room. Besides that's, the 2nd room queen bede is spring bed which is also quite noisy and not so comfortable compare to main bedroom one. Summary: Worth the value, clean, convenience, satisfied stay. Will stay again and hopefully host will change the 2nd bed to a more comfy one. Recommended, especially for kid

It was absolutely worth living in this unit. Clean and very charming unit that makes you feel right at home. The 163 mall is connected via the ground floor through the apartment lobby which makes it super convenient as there is money changer, grocery and all sorts of amenities easy accessible. The area is super walkable with tons or restaurants and cafes. Having 2 washrooms was really useful and they were clean. The bedroom is actually quite spacious and cabits came stocked with pillows, towels and cleaning supplies. For my next trip this will certainly be the place we come back to!

Nice stay here, especially the house. Clean, neat, and has everything you need in a house. Most definitely its fits All the description, amenities, and same like picture. The view from balcony really amazing in night. stay up Located nearby with shops, which you can just go downstairs and walk around 5 mins to go eat. Lift all functioning and very fast, less waiting time. 👍🏻 Even parking is easy, but a little bit confused about the level at first. My main purpose stay here is because the location is easier for me to go to immersify KL, and it is EASY ! I just need to go to G floor and walk to other side of door to get there. Definitely less walk and more fun. Variety of foods that you can get there. You don't need to drive to go to a mall. A great stay here and will definitely repeat stay here. Very recommended to all who are looking for KL trip.

It was a nice and relaxing stay for the time we were there. The place was big enough for us, and we enjoyed spending time in the airbnb. The balcony had a great view for us to look at when it came to sitting around and hanging out.

Place is exactly as listed. Excellent location. At unit, all amenities work well with thoughtful additions like clothes dryer, and we had a very comfortable and homely stay. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple food. Beds comfy, fans and AC work well. Ours is an outlier experience but with our unexpected late check in , we had trouble finding the right tower for parking (interconnected towers, very confusing for first timers). Access to the unit from the parking spot is not intuitive and we were hopelessly lost and had to call host who did guide us. Best to take the help of caretaker, which we could not do as it was late and we felt awkward. Also to note that exiting the car park was tense through the narrow winding slope, esp if you have a big car. Not sure if you can do it often, we usually drive to KL and do cabs locally. Note that access to building & lift is only with card (guests get 2); (not intuitive for seniors who need to be accompanied always) .

This is my second time booking this homestay – the house is super spacious and very clean. We had a birthday event this time, and everything was provided – tables, chairs, all complete. Really recommended! The owner is friendly and easy to talk to. Such a beautiful home… I love it!

The place was extremely clean, exactly like the pictures. Location is right in the city centre of all the popular malls! But driving will be a hassle because of the jam. Overall, the experience was very good. Entire apartment is very well maintained. If I were to come back, I’ll book this apartment again!

Overall, I had a very satisfying experience with the Row team and Jessica. We rented this place for a non-commercial video shoot, and the team was very helpful in communicating with the house owner and keeping us updated throughout the process. I came across some comments mentioning that filming isn’t allowed at the property, but I don't think that’s entirely true. In my experience, mutual respect and clear communication—especially informing them in advance about the nature of the shoot and which areas will be featured—go a long way in getting consent and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Communication is key, and I truly appreciate the support from the Row team. Cheers!

We celebrated my mother's 93rd birthday with this staycation in Kepong. We all had a wonderful time. Location: Perfect! Lots of delicious food in the surrounding streets. A lovely park nearby for walks. Close to Desa Park/Plaza Arkadia for more food and walks. One free parking. Great security with key card access Apartment and facilities: Well equipped and clean. Air conditioning worked well and was much appreciated during the hot season. Hot water shower was reliable and with good pressure. Extremely useful to have a functioning washing machine which we used few times as we are light packers. Kitchen was fully equipped - we did not cook but found the fridge and utensils useful. We enjoyed the pool and gym - clean and with good views of the surroundings. Host: Friendly, approachable and most welcoming. Clear instructions. Naomi kindly allowed me to check in slightly earlier and check out slightly later. We look forward to staying again at Naomi's when we are next back in KL.

Overall, had an excellent stay. The apartment offers fantastic value, a superb location, and the host was very responsive to inquiries. However, the check-in process, particularly coordinating airport arrival and key pickup, could be improved to minimize wait times for guests.

From the start to the end of the stay, the property manager was very responsive and helpful. The unit itself was as advertised - very cosy, has the local charm and amenities as expected.

In my opinion, the property is located in the best spot in downtown KL. Excellent transport connections and shopping opportunities nearby. The unit is on a suitably high floor, offering great views of the surroundings, and the building's pools and other amenities are excellent. The apartment was clean and had ample space for two adults and two teenage children. I will definitely choose this place again when I visit KL in the future.
