Had a great stay at Santhi Villa. Durai, our host was very gracious and allowed us an early check-in since we reached early. Karunakaran, the caretaker was extremely helpful and took good care of us. He arranged for homemade food, helped us get groceries from the nearby market and gave us good tourist recommendations. The place is clean, quiet and peaceful and the views from the rooms and the lawn are amazing!

The place looked even better than the pics! The architecture and interiors of the place was just amazing. And to top it all, so clean and tidy. The hospitality was exactly the way it is at any renowned resort. Complementary beverages, toiletries etc. Board games, high end electronics and games, Tv's in each room and such unique places to relax. I had an emergency and reached out to Sahil for help, in less than ten minutes he helped me out, that too early in the morning. Blown away by the place and hospitality, will definitely recommend and revisit this beautiful haven again.

We had a great time at Aqua Villa, the property was beautiful and well maintained. The beach view was incredible and there is a real sense of privacy due to the location and design. What really makes this property stand out is the dedicated staff including a wonderful chef. You get the service of a resort with the privacy of an Airbnb. Perfect for our family getaway and best of all the property is pet friendly. Highly recommended!

Outstanding place for golfing, family vacation, team offsite

The M villa stay was amazing for our family. We loved every moment of it. The design, the interiors, the feel, the vibe, the greenery…phew! Would like to specially mention Kumar, who was the care taker there. He is the best. Not just at his work but also as a human being. The first day, there were problems with electricity. Kept tripping. Hence no WiFi also. Lasted from afternoon till late evening. But Kumar was working on this relentlessly. These things happen. The place was much more than an airbnb. It will always be remembered as one of the best places we have stayed in.

We had such a great time at the place. Kuruvilla and Jithu who stay on the property were so good with every one of our requests. They are the main reason for my high rating across the board. We are four friends who were there for 4 days and 3 nights. Had a blast. Keep in mind it is an hour drive from Kochi and 2 hours from Kochi airport. But it was worth it. Also make sure you choose the right number of people because that determines whether you get all bedrooms or not and how much you pay per day

Best location and the experience was amazing. The host was very kind and generous. I and my friends had an amazing time at the property. I am definitely coming with my family members here again. Very conveniently located near RS Puram and Brookfields mall. Food is not provided but they offer tea or coffee throughout the day. Staff did a commendable job catering to our requests day and night.

Very friendly and helpful host! They helped us with everything we needed during our stay. The area is not a typical tourist place, but a regular neighbourhood. The beach is not suitable for swimming, but it's nice to walk south along the water.

Between the location by the beach, the amenities that matched the pictures and, most importantly, the staff, our stay was nothing short of great! The food was delicious—they far exceeded our expectations! Our only regret was that we were not there for a few more days.

Stayed here for a night with 6 of my friends. The place was exactly what we wanted. complete privacy, great ambience, spotless clean rooms and bathrooms, modular kitchen, awesome swimming pool with a neat shower area. We had a quality hangout with my friends meeting after a long time. Water was clean and we had a good time. Outdoor Greenery was great, beach is 5-10 min walk within the villa. We also used the cook services available and food was good. We all had no will to leave this place soon, good vibes and good place to unwind from the busy routine.

Whatever is described by the host, is what you will find. The entrance to this place is just before MGM Dizee world. The place itself is one of the group of private homes inside the compound. Well maintained property with a clean pool which the kids would love. I requested for a late check out and the host accommodated even though there were new guests in the evening. I’d definitely recommend this getaway if you want to peel away the city’s chaos. Note: you’d hear screams from picnic goers to MGM park. Nothing bothering though. No instamart, Zepto, bb, Blinkit etc so bring your own essentials. The caretakers were very polite and helpful.

This place was perfect for a family get-together, with 5 spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated our group. One of the highlights was the clean and kid-safe swimming pool, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. The caretakers were friendly and helpful—they even arranged boat rides for us, which added to the experience. Another standout was the food: every meal served was delicious and satisfying. Even the kids loved it! The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely consider coming back.
