Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Tampa Bay

The condo was clean and had everything I needed. The pool was great and it was close to everything I wanted to do.

Ervin’s place was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. We were able to cook whatever we wanted. The queen mattress is soft. i have back pain so I slept on the twin bed. The pools were well heated. One of the saunas was not working and was not fixed the 3 weeks we were there. We discovered that the vacationers go year after year and thus many friendships are made. The condo is conveniently located with Publix a 4-5 minute walk. There are many restaurants around. The Gulf beaches are nearby. Ervin did not harass us with many rules as others have done. Felt comfortable.

This place was absolutely beautiful! Super quiet and peaceful! Jeannie was always very helpful and responsive. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back in the future!

The place was absolutely spotless which was very important to me. It gave hotel yet homey vibes. The host was very accommodating to our religious requests and did not give us any issues. We are Muslim and some of us wear the hijab so the privacy was important and the backyard offered just that. The host was accommodating to any privacy concerns we had so definitely reach out with any questions because they are kind and quick to answer. If you are looking for 100% privacy just be aware there may be a visit from the pool keeper or landscaper, but that was disclosed from the start which was also appreciated. Also the neighborhood is quiet so expect to keep the volume at a minimum but that’s what is needed for a laid back vacation. Overall I would definitely book again with this property and possibly the other ones owned by the host only because of how well they handled our requests and accommodations. It was like staying at a mini resort. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and peaceful Airbnb. The place was quiet, well-maintained, and packed with great amenities. Thomas was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Easily a 10/10 experience. We’d absolutely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay.

Nice little home with a lot of extras ! More features then the ordinary home and the above ground pool was very enjoyable.

What a great home! We really did feel right at home. The house is so cute and we had plenty of space. The pool was a big hit and the location was per for us. We’ll definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Filip and Magdalena’s beautiful house. They went out of their way to be great hosts. It was the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had and are happy to give it 5 stars! The house was spotless, spacious and had every amenity we needed and some. We were in town for a swim meet and whatever time we had at the house was very relaxing and pleasant. We don’t have a single complaint. It really made a difference and we’ll be sure to return next summer! You won’t regret staying here!

My family had a great time staying here! Everything was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. There were 9 of us staying here - including a baby - and we all fit comfortably. Love that there are three FULL baths. That is a rarity and very much needed with so many people. The backyard is big and the pool is an excellent touch. We would definitely stay again and recommend this house!

Craig & Rong were great hosts. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house itself was decently clean. The linens were freshly washed and mattresses were very comfortable. We brought our dog with us and he was very comfortable as well. The pool was great, although it could have used some cleaning. Back area was cozy but could have used some overall maintenance. Overall great experience, I would recommend to anyone traveling to the Clearwater area with a pet/ family.

Amazing time with my family will definitely consider staying at keisha’s place again. Quiet neighborhood and the house looks as described and even better in person.

My boyfriend and I I really enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. It was nicely remodeled all throughout, the Ervin kindly provided beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The unit was spacious, and was decorated tastefully. The kitchen had some basic cooking items, silverware, plates and cups. I have stayed at several other units nearby, so I am very familiar with this area. The pools and hot tubs are great, and there is a club house with a pool table. The condo complex is near a main road with plenty of restaurants, and is about 20 mins from downtown Sarasota. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing apartment! it's in a fantastic location with lots of extras like beach towles and chairs, which we loved as our cases got lost. Very beautiful location with fabulous pools. The local beach is stunning! We will be back we loved it and Joyce was a perfect host.

What a score! I was traveling through the area and needed a place to stay w my kids. I was hoping to find a place where we could enjoy the gulf. I feel like we got more value than we expected- the view was beautiful from our balcony, but added bonus was the little beach, pier and outdoor restaurant across the street. So awesome to not have to get back in the car and have all these sites in our backyard. Don’t miss the sunset! The unit was small, as described, a little larger than a normal hotel room w more room to eat and the bonus of the balcony. Rent from Tony for a great bargain- I appreciate that places like this exist. Affordable yet lovely. Btw- my kids loved the pool, the playground across the street and all the little lizards, birds and fish. Great to have the kids busy enjoying the space rather than stuck on their screens!

The condo is the perfect size for a couple. Nicely decorated, and comfortable furniture and bed. Enclosed porch is great for sitting in the mornings and evenings. The only minor issue was that the occupants of the condo above tended to slam their front door so hard that it rattled the bedroom windows. Obviously out of the owner's control. All the guests were very friendly when we passed them on our morning walks around the complex. We had a wonderful week!

I am a frequent traveler and have stayed at hundred of Airbnb's and VRBO's. Monica's place is head and ahoulders above . . I also was at Monica's place for approximately one month so I was able to get a better assessment of the property , the area and it amenities as opposed to someone who just stays a weekend .Monica's place exceeded expectations on all points. Her home was spotlessly clean., including kitchen, bathrooms and floors. Bed was super comfortable as was the bedding, and there was extra bedding and many fluffy towels, not to mention other thoughtful touches that she'd provided . There was starter coffee, water and other things just to get your first morning going . Having the front door lock with a combination instead of having to switch for a key was great as well ! The balcony right outside her living room was the place to be for morning coffee or for an afternoon glass of wine watching the sunset . All in all it was a perfect day and I plan to be back soon. !!

We had a great stay! The unit was clean and as described. We loved the location and amenities. The convenience to Whole Foods and restaurants was so easy!

Thank you you for an amazing stay! Your condo is so comfortable, we felt right at home! So much for us to do and our children! We loved drinking our coffee on the patio. The boys loved playing pickle ball. Our daughter was playing lacrosse at IMG and we were within a mile of her games. Our hosts were very responsive and the condo had all the amenities we needed for our stay and to go to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Couldn’t ask for anything more !
