Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Tampa

The apartment is in a great location in easy walking distance to everything around the channel district, lots of restaurants and a Publix grocery store. It was clean, in a nice building, easy to access and the host was kind and communicated with us well. I'd stay here again for sure.

I had a great stay at Johnathan’s Airbnb! The space was super clean, well-kept, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. You can tell he takes pride in maintaining the property. Johnathan was very communicative and easy to reach, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He was also really friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. It’s always a plus when the host is just as great as the space itself. I definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy, reliable place to stay. Perfect location and amenities from the beach club across the street without the crowds was an awesome bonus. Pool and beach and gym access was amazing without having to pay for parking elsewhere. Just walk across the street. Apartment was homie and relaxing

It’s as comfortable as being at home – the house has everything you need to cook for yourself, including a stove, oven, microwave, and an outdoor grill, as well as plenty of space to store food. This is a private, fully equipped house with all the comforts you could want. Highly recommended for a pleasant and convenient stay. Thank you!

Nathaniel’s place was as described. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, great water pressure, location was great, 15-20 minutes to most places. Communication was great, will definitely stay there again, next time I am in Tampa.

Excellent location! Less than 10 minutes from the beach and great restaurants. Pool was a huge bonus as all of my kids spent a lot of time in it when we weren't on the beach. Host had a good amount of staples and snacks on hand, which was a nice bonus.

Loved Justin's place. Very spacious. Definitely accommodating for a family of 10. Will definitely recommend and stay again if in the Tampa area. Close enough to cruise port and airport. Best part of the morning was the multiple versions of coffee pots !

This place is phenomenal. Three couples stayed here for the weekend & it was beyond perfect. We didn’t leave once on Saturday! The pool is so nice & the outdoor grilling area is insane! The inside was so clean & spacious & I have never stayed at a place with such a well stocked kitchen. I would 100% stay here again, we were all so sad to leave! Definitely would have paid double what we did to stay here!

My friend and I had a great stay at Lisa's place. It's a short walk to the main downtown area and the included bikes were handy for going a bit further to explore the surrounding area along the greenway!

We had an amazing time and experience in this short trip. Beautiful home and Area and very helpful and friendly hosts. 10/10 recommend. Will also definitely book this same home next time in the area!

Such a nice property ... We came in from CT to watch my daughter graduate from UTampa... It was nice to have a pool & a game room .. We did not have a great week weather wise but it did not matter, there were family memories made & we enjoyed watching younger ones use the game room & pool... Location is tucked away private but there is a whole foods & publix & many restaurants right around corner...

Albert’s home was so beautiful and welcoming! It was not far from most things which was nice! The beaches and restaurants were only about 20/30 minutes away. I would definitely recommend! When we stayed in to cook he had everything we needed, and provided us with plenty of linens. He also was a text or call away when we needed anything! Would definitely stay again!!

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was absolutely beautiful—modern, clean, and felt truly upscale. The garage parking and elevator access were a huge plus, making everything convenient and easy. My husband, daughter, and I were all extremely pleased with the accommodations, the amenities, and the peaceful surroundings. We especially loved how close it was to the beach—just steps away—and the quick access to both St. Petersburg and Tampa. Laura and Jeff were wonderful hosts, and their place exceeded our expectations. We had such a great time and can’t wait to book again. Next time, we’ll definitely stay longer!

The place was great - clean and spacious. Maybe a two block walk to the beach and beach items are provided. The grocery store (Winn-Dixie) and cvs are a block away although plenty of restaurants nearby. Rhonda was a great host and added great touches such as welcome snacks. The only minor drawback is the parking garage which is a little tight if you have a large vehicle. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
