Beautiful place with a fantastic view and very clean. Only downside is that getting to the city can take long due to heavy traffic.

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. LuhBina was amazing and her communication & personal touches really made our stay special!!! ❤️❤️ The villa itself is outside of the centre of Ubud so driver is required- no grab/gojek able to pick up from villa however we were provided with contact for local driver who was very helpful and friendly. Some visits from the local animals (frogs, lizards and monkeys) made us feel right in the jungle. Area is peaceful, kitchen has everything you would need & more. Water dispenser with drinking water, fresh fruit & welcome drinks were a great addition also. Would 100% recommend this villa.

Staying at Kadek’s villa was an absolute dream. The villa itself was even more beautiful than I imagined, stunning natural surroundings, and a serene atmosphere that made it feel like a true escape. Everything was spotless and perfectly maintained, which made it incredibly comfortable from the moment I arrived. Kadek was an exceptional host—kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. What a great stay exceeded our expectations and the photos don't truly do it justice with bigger room then we expected , truly no trickery here . On arrival we was met with fresh coconut drinks from the back yard and he even treated us and spruced the room up with rose pedals on our second night after getting to know that we we're newly weds great experience book it you won't regret. will be coming back 🙏😊

Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war einwandfrei. Der Transfer vom Flughafen und zu Aktivitäten war auch vorhanden. Die Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände waren etwas veraltet und abgenutzt. Durch die Nähe zum Jungen und der Straße war es teilweise etwas lauter. Supermarkt konnte man leider auch nicht zu Fuß erreichen. Trotzdem war es ein toller Aufenthalt mit super Kommunikation und netten Leuten.

We were very lucky to find this beautiful villa during our couple’s holidays, and it truly was an unforgettable experience. The place is absolutely charming, surrounded by nature, wonderfully quiet, and so well isolated from the chaos of the world that you might forget traffic even exist (and emails). The villa is also fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home from the moment you arrive and it is impeccably clean. What made the experience even more special was the care, generosity and attention of Sebastianus. He is one of those rare and hosts who keeps a very discreet profile but makes everything easy for his guests. Thank you, Sebastianus! You managed to create a sense of calm, warmth, and genuine hospitality during our stay, and you are incredibly professional throughout. Even though we would love to keep this paradise a secret, we higly recommend it!

Sean and Anna-Carina were great hosts! Responsive and proactive, they made sure that I had all the necessary information to check-in easily at the villa. The place is amazing by the way! Private, and quiet despite the construction site nearby. I quickly felt at home!

Wow! This has been my favorite stay in Bali. I rented the whole place to myself to have a nice peaceful stay, and it was perfect. I felt very safe and taken care of with the most amazing hosts who gave me recommendations and were so accommodating. The villa was so beautiful. The pool was great and had a nice covered area outside to watch the rain. I also loved the kitchen. I will definitely be staying here next time I am in Bali! 10000000/10

We had a truly amazing 3-night stay at Mahajiva. The bamboo villa is completely private and surrounded by lush jungle—pure serenity. The pool has a beautiful forest view, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They stayed in touch throughout our stay, brought Grab orders straight to our villa, arranged in-room massages, and kept everything clean and bug-free—even though the villa is open to nature, we were never bothered by insects. A special thank you to Elsya for taking such good care of us—she even brought us raincoats so we could enjoy the outdoors during the rain! If you're looking for a peaceful, private, and unforgettable stay in Bali, I highly recommend Mahajiva. I’ll definitely stay longer next time I visit.

The peace and serene that we had during our stay is incomparable. We had a lovely stay in this villa mainly because it is very private and peaceful. The cleanliness of the place is commendable as well. When we were out on a tour, the staff were nice enough to do housekeeping and even gave us fresh towels for our second day. There were free breakfast as well that were very delightful. The location of the place is good. They also offer a home service massage and the masseuse Ms. Ayu and Ms. Ketut provided us a very quality massage that we won't forget. We even requested for them three times. The staff Sir Agus helped us a lot especially for the airport transfer even if we left at 3AM. The customer service was really the best.

The villa was very clean, tidy, and well-located — quite close to the center. Our host, Putu, was in contact with us throughout our stay and helped us with everything we needed, including airport transfer and motorbike rental. Every day, he kindly asked for our breakfast preferences and arranged it for us free of charge. The only downside is that the villa is not directly accessible by car — you have to park a bit away and continue the last 100–150 meters by motorbike. But even in this, Putu and the villa staff were very helpful. Overall, everything was great. We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hospitality!

A true hidden gem 💎, Amazing private place, super clean and so beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and we will book again. Friendly staff and the breakfast was really good. We enjoyed every single moment there. They do regularly pest control which is remarkable and during our stay we didn't encounter any insects like other places. Loved all the details ! 10/10

Este año decidimos venir a vivir a Bali, y para nosotros era importante los primeros meses estar tranquilos y sentir esta maravillosa isla! en Jiwaku hemos encontrado una casa muy bonita, con vistas preciosas, en medio de la naturaleza y sus increíbles campos de arroz, en un pueblecito encantador a unos 15 minutos del centro de Ubud. Raquel y todo su equipo nos han tratado de 10!! siempre atentos a todo lo que hemos necesitado. Gracias Raquel por hacernos sentir en casa y en todo lo que nos has ayudado en nuestra llegada a Bali!.

If it was possible I would give more than 5 stars. The air bnb was beautiful, clean, well maintained and had great amenities. The rice field was so tranquil to look out over and listen to the birds, and the pool was a perfect way to unwind each day and we even took a floating breakfast in the pool the first day— so fun! The host provided a breakfast each day, even creating things not on the provided menu to fit our preferences. Our host went above and beyond for everything… organized pick up from the airport and spent a considerable amount of time waiting for us and getting through traffic out, brought a scooter to the front door of the air bnb, massages, organized a driver for a day trip who took us to a local coffee farm we didn’t even know of for a tasting and we were delighted! She setup our fast boat to get to our next destination and even helped us after check out with questions or bookings when we had issues! I truly cannot describe how incredible of an experience our stay was!

From quick responses to helpful local recommendations, he struck the perfect balance of being available without ever feeling intrusive. It's clear he genuinely cares about her guests' experience. If you're looking for a peaceful, clean, and beautifully hosted stay, this is the place.

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Und wurde alles so einfach wie nötig gemacht und wir konnten richtig gut entspannen. Bei Bedarf stellt die Unterkunft auch einen Abholservice vom Flughafen und einen Tourguide. Beides war sehr angenehm und immer pünktlich. Da das Haus etwas außerhalb ist, gibt es einige Restaurant Empfehlungen, die auch das Essen Liefern. Die Aussicht war einfach atemberaubend und kann man nur weiterempfehlen! Das Englisch des Hosts ist perfekt und er ist immer für einen da! Egal was ist, er erfüllt jeden Wunsch! Vielen Dank für deine Zeit und dass wir bei dir sein durften!

Beautiful accommodation, there were a couple of tiles around the pool that were loose, otherwise wonderful. Having an outdoor kitchen in that location was fantastic, you got to fully enjoy the views. Kayon Jungle Restaurant is a 2 minute walk, they have great food and service and other amenities that you could enjoy too. Wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the accommodation and area. Such a beautiful villa, could’ve happily stayed there all day and not felt guilty about not exploring Ubud town. It was cleaned daily by staff, very much spotless. Breakfast made each morning was delicious. Access to property can be a bit tricky if you aren’t confident on a scooter, but is walkable too. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ici. La maison est propre et très jolie. Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux, avec également un petit déjeuner flottant typiquement balinais pendant notre séjour ! Le seul soucis (comme dans beaucoup d’endroits près d’Ubud) et qu’il n’est pas possible d’aller se balader à pied depuis la villa car les routes sont dangereuses et sans trottoir. Il faut donc prévoir de louer un scooter ou, comme nous l’avons fait, de faire appel à des taxis dès que nous voulions sortir. En revanche, le logement est bien placé dans la mesure où il est proche des activités touristiques à faire sur place et qu’il est au calme avec une belle vue sur des rizières.

Incroyable !!! La vue est incroyable !!! L’emplacement est vraiment génial à 10/15 minutes en taxi de tout hyper pratique puisque nous étions excentrée sans trop l’être non plus. Nous avion anticipée la location d’un scooter directement avec le gestionnaire de la villa. Il a était livrée c’était genial !!! Le warung juste en face était excellent !!! Petit bémol sur la construction d’une villa juste à cotée et du coup lors de notre séjour c’était assez bruyant, et la passage de la route assez proche du coup assez bruyant la nuit aussi.

Amazing villa surrounded by the jungle. Extremely clean, we were expecting much more bugs and so on being in the jungle. The host is really responsive and proactive. Acessible for Grab, in-house breakfasts were delicious. Close enough to all must do activities in Ubud. It is worth noting that the two bedrooms upstairs are accessible only by the exterior. I definitely recommend it!

Loved the jungle stay. It rained on first day and sleeping to sound of rain was very peaceful. The views are beautiful. Host and caretaker are always quick to respond and help. It’s amidst jungle so expect frogs and lizards around your stay but staff was very helpful and they will help to get it sorted.
