Even in the winter you will have a chance to try cold dipping in a lake with a sauna. You will reach Tampere city in 20 minutes by tram. There is no kitchen but the apartment is equipped for making coffee/tea, preparing breakfast and heating up food. A peaceful location on 7th floor. Well suited for remote working and studying.

Small and cozy apartment in an area with small houses of wooden construction. The building is on the corner of two different parks. Nokia Arena 1.6 km, frequent bus connection to city center (~2 km) on the other side of the park. Free street parking right next to the building. I can set up a lockbox for self-checkin if it is needed.
