With Baoshan as a neighbor and Hushan nearby, you can live in a scenic environment surrounded by mountains and rivers. Best for two people to share, but one person can also have it all to themselves. There are 24-hour convenience stores, 7-11, and various restaurants of all sizes nearby. Linkou Street Market, Raohe Street Night Market, Eslite Songshan, Taipei 101, Breeze Centerpoint, Shinko, Times Square, Xinyi District. Shopping is really convenient. Vie-show cinema and endless street art performances. Tiger, Leopard, Lion, Elephant, multiple 4 Beast Mountain trails, parks and green spaces, medical facilities, library, and Xinyi Administrative Center are all within walking distance. There is a Taipei Youbike right downstairs. Cross the park and walk for 3 minutes to reach the "Yongchun High School" bus stop. Within 10 minutes, you can reach the "Songshan Home Shopping Center" bus stop, where there are many bus routes that cover all of Taipei. Within a 10-minute walk, there is the soon-to-open MRT Guangci/Bongcheon Station. The Red Line of the MRT takes you past Xiangshan, through Greater Taipei, all the way to Tamsui. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the Blue Line's "Yongchun Metro Station." Further along the same route are "Songshan Railway Station" and the Green Line's "Songshan Station."

Our house is located next to Zhongxiao Bridge, Chong'an Intersection Station (Bus stop), only one bus stop from Taipei Station, one bridge away, only 10 minutes to the train station, 5 minutes walk to Zhongxiao Pier, stroll along the riverbank pier. You can also take a boat or ride a U-bike across the Danshui River to Dadaocheng Pier on the other side. Our home is also only a 7-minute walk from Cailiao MRT station, and transportation is very convenient 3 minutes walk to Datong Market, downstairs there is a Family Mart convenience store, breakfast shop, food material shop, barbecue, snacks, shrimp skin shop, good living function We value safety and have fire extinguishers in the house and on the stairs.
