Duc (host) and truc (caretaker) were extremely helpful to assist us in settling in even though Duc was away in a far away country he communicate via video to ensure smooth transition. The place is new (we were the first visitors) and looks very much more impressive than the photos posted. # have a Sauna that was not even mentioned in the posting. All equipment and furnishing are brand new and top of the line. Nice quiet neigbourhood in an uptown estate but a short walk to local eataries and market. A short ride by taxi brought us to a modern shopping mall with great restaurants and shops. Thanks for the great place!

We had a great time at Binhs place! Excellent communication throughout the entire stay was a plus. We wanted softer pillows which we got instantly! The lady downstairs is the sweetest. The room is very spacious and has all you need. Noisy builders next door but nothing they can control. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

It actually felt like I am at my home in India. Everything was so easily accessible and commute is also very convenient. Will definately visit again.

This man deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. I am Thong's first guest after COVID, so the house is still being renovated here and there, but he provided everything I needed at my request in a timely manner. His wife and daughter have also been extremely friendly and approachable. The neighborhood is local where everything is handy and not so expensive, which I loved. The location is close to District 1. You can just take the bus to go to the city center. The only thing is the stairs are a little steep, but that's common to other houses in Saigon. If you have leg problems, kindly double check with Thong. Thong deserves the Peace Prize because he did his best to support me when I had a really bad health situation on the day I was supposed to leave Vietnam. He took me to the airport and tried to look for a new flight ticket for me. He also bought me food many times when I could barely get up. I could have made my trip back home without him.

일단 번화가에 위치하여 호텔대비 숙소 위치나 넓이 모든면에서 만족하며 잘지내다 갔습니다. 특히ㅡ호스트의 안내가 빠르고 적극적이어서 내집처럼 편했습니다.

This is the third time I book Ms. Ly house. Although she was not at home because of business reason, she still gave me instructive information when she was away. She wished me luck in my job interview and many other things. I am appreciated that I have known her, I will definitely book her house for other occasion or recommend to other friends!

We stayed at I@Homes for almost 2.5 months. Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. We were provided with extra tablet and kitchen utilities. Surii helped us with everything and assisted us whenever needed like washing clothes, grab food, etc. The location is very peaceful and very very near to District 1. It was convenient to move in and out of the building 24x7. The location has many restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores. It's a perfect place for someone looking for a short term or a long-term accomodation.

Das Apartment liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße mit sehr netten Nachbarn und leckeren kleinen Streetfood Ständen in einem tollen Viertel mitten in Saigon. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer in der 2. Etage, eins davon mit einem großzügigen und hübsch begrünten Balkon. Beide Zimmer waren geräumig, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Hosts waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen lieben Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt und die schöne Zeit bei euch!

I really like this place. This was my second time there. The rooms is comfortable, lovely and has everything you need. Also the area is quiet nice with a local living around, restaurants and bar. The café downstairs is also pretty nice. I’ll come back!

집안의 작은 개미와 베란다의 먼지를 제외하면 최고의 장소 큰길로나가 옆골목에는 로컬 음식점들과 로컬 사람들이 넘치는 상점가가 있습니다. 그랩이 저렴 하기때문에 골목에 위치한건 크게 문제되지 않았고 저는 재방문하게 될것같습니다. 집주인의 세심한 안내 팜플렛비치 사진과 같은 룸 컨디션 작지만 라이트쿠킹이 가능하 주방과 비치된 전자레인지, 그리고 헤어드라이어도 있으면 침대옆에는 일체형 협탁과 넉넉한 콘센트 흡연을 할수있는 발코니. 적당히 넓은 욕실 저는 별다섯개 드립니다

Le logement proposé est très bien : petite cuisine et salle de bain. On est juste à côté du musée de la guerre, palais de la réunification et autres activités. Pour le reste les bus passent juste à côté et sinon on peut prendre le taxi. Le logement se situe l'arrière d'un café donc vous pouvez aussi vous relaxer dans ce petit café. En plus l'hôte est réactive.

Das Apartment sowie die Gemeinschaftsräume sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man wunderbar auch mal selbst etwas kochen kann. Das Apartment ist sehr praktisch gelegen; man kann fußläufig einige Sehenswürdigkeiten im District 1 erreichen und hat trotz Nähe zur Beer-Street einen ruhigen Rückzugsort mitten in der Stadt. Anh und Lynh sind zwei fantastische Gastgeber, sie haben uns viele Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben und waren sehr bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten.

great place to stay in district 1, close to many restaurants and sights and the café on the ground floor is very cute with delicious coffees. Everyone was very friendly, Tina was a great host

We stayed at Vivien's place for a month and had a wonderful time. The apartment is on a quiet alley in a bustling part of the city, all the buildings are well maintained and vines and well-kept gardens add a healthy dose of green. Within walking distance of tons of restaurants and cafes and smaller places to eat, like food carts that set up on street corners. Some places can be found on map apps and some you just have to happen upon while wandering through the neighborhood alleys. The Nhieu Loc–Thi Nghe Channel is a 10-to-15-minute walk away, where you can stroll or jog. It's also lined with restaurants, cafes, temples and night life. Vivian was an excellent host. So kind, friendly and helpful, greeting us herself when we arrived and changing our sheets regularly during our stay. I asked her a question about a holiday that was being celebrated while we were there, and she took the time to provide a really well-thought-out and informative explanation. All appliances worked great.

We could not have stayed in a better place. Our visit was perfect. Our flight arrived 7 hours before check in but Vinkun was still there to meet us. He took care of our luggage, made sure we were comfortable at a very close local cafe and suggested food items. He had the place cleaned and we were in well before the 2:00 pm check in time. And the place was spotless, better than the pictures and description. During our stay he took care of every request, responding within minutes. We could not have asked for a better host, he’s awesome! Vinkun has kept in touch even after we returned to America and has invited us to stay with him again. Even offering a more personalized stay, if that’s possible. We will definitely take him up on that. If you plan to visit Sài Gòn this is the place to stay. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Posh experience! Its part of a planned locality and the house has a theme which synced well with us. Beautiful paintings, all accessible stuff. Hai was very responsive and easy to approach! Its a bit away from airport but if its not a condition, go for it!
