This is my third time staying at Kak Christina’s listings and just like before, it was a wonderful experience. Although this time I stayed in a different unit, the comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful touches remain consistently great. Kak Christina is truly one of the kindest and most understanding hosts I’ve ever met. Her kindness and attentiveness made me feel completely at home. She responds quickly, and always makes sure everything is well prepared for your stay. I’m really grateful to have found a host like her. Without a doubt, I’ll keep coming back!

I had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is excellent, very close to the MRT, minimarts, and lots of food options, all within walking distance. The bed was exceptionally soft and cozy, which made it easy to relax. While there was some noise from the nearby main road, it wasn’t disruptive and still allowed for a good night’s sleep. The host was kind and responded quickly to any questions, which made the experience even smoother. I’d gladly stay here again!

Awesome location, right in front of the MRT and near to all the cool spots. Clean bed & sofa & bathroom. AC was nice & cold (perhaps some thicker blankets might be needed haha). Beautiful lobby, stunning pool with the city skyline & very helpful staff in the building. Super easy to order food & deliveries here as well! Amenities are also quite complete. Note : The host did mention that due to the central location, there is constant noise from the streets as well as from the AC unit. But in my experience, it’s mere white noise. Did not bother with our sleeping whatsoever.

I would like to thank Radinda on her guest to us, the place was beautiful and comfortable, the view was great on the city I loved the place very much, it will always be my favorite destination in Jakarta.

Wonderful apartment with a good view. Clear instructions made check in easy. Building staff are very friendly. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Kitchen is very well equipped. holding has great amenities including a gym, infinity pool, and laundry service in the basement (turnaround in ~3 hours)

I had a really comfortable stay, and I went back home. It was clean and comfortable as the first proposed image, but I rested comfortably like at home. I want to stay again on my next business trip. Thank you so much for your quick response and handling.

Feni and her family were so so lovely, they made sure we were comfortable and helped us with any and every request we’d made. We had issues with our luggage and they went beyond their way to support us. They personally called the airlines and then even went to the airport with us to talk to them. Genuinely grateful for all the effort they made since we were having a difficult time but they truly made it easier. The place itself is just as described and shown, it is very well designed and furnished. It has a modern and sleek look and was also very clean. There is more or less everything you’d need. We had no trouble getting there and the building also felt quite safe. Despite checking in late there was someone to greet us and direct us to the place. Communication was great, they always responded quickly and were there for us when needed. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting or in Jakarta!

Sara is a great host. Very informative and was always fast to respond to all inquiries. She relayed clear instructions and with pictures making it easier to follow. The place is as described and very clean. All amenities worked. The place has 2 Tv's, one in the bedroom and the second Tv in the living room. The balcony has a nice view of the street, the shops and street food vendors below. The apartment is right above Thamrin City Mall with hundreds of shops for all your needs from groceries, food, clothes etc. KFC, coffee shops, Mini Mart, Middle eastern Mandi, Kabsa, Biryani restaurant available at the ground floor. Mosques are nearby too. The popular and must see Grand Indonesia Mall, Plaza Indonesia Mall are a 5 minute walk from the apartment building. The Wifi worked well for internet access. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Jakarta.

Unfortunately, my stay didn’t meet expectations due to the location being different from what was advertised or implied. The listing suggested it was in a specific area, but upon arrival I found it was actually (west) quite far from where I expected to be. I recommend that the host clarify the exact location more accurately in the listing to avoid confusion for future guests. The space itself was clean and matched the photos, and the host was responsive, which I appreciated.

This is our second time staying at the host’s listing because we had such a great experience the first time around. was beyond expectation. The unit was pristine with new kitchen appliances and utensils. Netflix and the fast internet made our stay cozy. The main reason we chose to stay again was its convenient location, it’s walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia and the MRT stop. There’s also wonderful building facilities, open-air swimming pool, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and the gym which view was overlooking then whole city. Also thanks to our friendly host for recommending a the best local food around the area.

Great place to stay in central Jakarta! The apartment was clean, fully equipped, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view was amazing, and the location was super convenient — we could walk to the mall and other nearby spots. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
