It is a duplex house located in a residential area, in a relatively safe neighborhood. Few steps to chapel, convenient stores.

New: You also have the option to use our private Sports Villa just 2-3 minutes away by car. It features professional 2-lane tenpin bowling, plus free access to billiards and a half basketball court. The rate is only ₱2,500 per hour, already inclusive of shoe rental and covers both lanes exclusive to your use.
