Condo holiday rentals in Tangerang City

Very new unit. I was the first to stay. Thanks to Pak Sapta & wife, the unit is very clean. Neat, spacious, and strategic, many convenience stores in apartments. There's a pool too. Parking is also easy, access to the cond is easy. Pak Sapta is very friendly and we were given a welcome drink also 😂😂 over all very ok, but the condo is still very new. So the facilitation is given. Pak Sapta will tell you what amenities already have and are not in the condo yet.

I lived in her place for two months. Yanthie's apartment is known as the best apartment in west jakart and it is true. The place is very modern, safe, quite and convenient for reaching a mall for shopping. Also quite close to the airport; it takes about 30 mins if there is no traffic. You can also use a swimming pool and gym for free in her apartment. Her place is spacious enough for one or two persons. But one problem I had was that it was quite difficult to cook here cause the cooking tools and utensils are not fully ready and refrige is too small to store food but if you are going to stay not too long, it won't be any problem. Sometimes I got problems with the internet and electricity but she was always helping and responded me very fast. She is a very kind and helping host. I highly recommend her house for staying.

Comfortable and clean place. The mattress is quite high but soft, comfortable to sleep on. Will come back if there is any business in Jakarta.

Super comfy and private, but still close to lots of fun spots and the food places I wanted to try out. The host was really quick to respond whenever I had questions. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chill weekend around BSD

Jeffry's unit is great. We stayed for a quick business visit and totally glad with the unit. It's just as good as it's desribed. Jeff is caring, always tried to make sure we have a smooth check in and stay. Really worth the paid.

Lung was super responsive—literally always there when I needed something. The room was so clean and even better than I expected. The location wasn’t perfect, but I had a bike, and Lung even helped me get a parking membership, which was a lifesaver. The Wi-Fi glitched once, but he fixed it fast. Honestly, I’d totally stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Had great almost 2 months stay at puri orchard apartment! My host were Justin and it was a such blessing having him live on the property-he were available pretty much 24/7 to help, if needed. The positives: -Great property! Clean and so spacious. -The facilities within in the property such as laundry, restaurants, Alfamart, Family mart, even Pharmacy. -The extremely kind and helpful host. -Value for money when you are staying over a few weeks.

The place, host.. all is very amazing and beautiful. They are always willing to help. Thanks victors and team! I will 100% come back!

Fantastic place where we stood for 1 week. Patrick is an absolutely great host, I wish all the Airbnb hosts to be as valuable as him.

the apartment is very quiet because of the position on the corner, no noise cleanliness, amenities, and furnishings equivalent to a 4 star hotel owner is very responsive the location is very close to PIK Avenue mall, fresh market, anywhere near very satisfying

Located a bit outside the city but close to the airport. It's a large condo with a great swimming pool. The dwelling is on the top floor and so a bit remote from the city noises. There are a few supermarket options inside the condo and one just outside. Great if you look for a few days of calm next to the city.

Great location with direct access to Lippo Puri, and the host was very responsive and helpful. (There were some ants inside the unit, which was a bit inconvenient.)
