Holiday rentals with beach access in Tangier-Tétouan-Al Hoceima

Farida’s apartment was squeaky clean and convenient to walk most places. Situated near the waterfront, cafes and amenities it was all we needed for our stay in Tangier. Farida was most helpful in answering questions and giving advice on taxi availability.

The experience in Fouzia's apartment was excellent! The communication is always attentive and agile, the apartment is very clean, organized and is very close to the beach and tourist spots.

The place was amazing, area is private and safe very friendly people, the view was amazing and quiet, the studio was well managed, small, well furnished it got all the amenities. Everything is near to area. The Breakfast was offered for free as we stayed only one night. Delicious and home made really enjoyed it. Thank you for your hospitality Recommend 💯

Loved staying at Kays place, and would definitely stay again. Very quiet, central, and phenomenal views of the city! Having the washing machine was extremely helpful, and self check-in was super easy. It was also nice to have the parking garage downstairs. Thanks for a great stay, and looking forward to hopefully visiting Tangier again - I think it's my favorite city in Morocco!!

We spent two nights in May at Hanane's and everything was perfect! Hanane was super responsive, warm and welcoming. The accommodation was clean, consistent with the photos, and located in a quiet and relaxing residence. It immediately felt good. Looking forward to going back as soon as there is availability, inshallah. Don't hesitate and go for it if you have the opportunity 🤗

I stayed with my family for a few nights and we were delighted with the place, very large and comfortable and they offered us Netflix! Recommended!! The building has no elevator and the apartment is on the 5th floor. We had no problem 😄

everything was really nice, we felt like home. You need one minute to the beach, nearby aare restaurants and grocery stores. If I go again to Tanger, than for sure to Riyad. Merci beaucoup :)

Rarely do you find a place that just fits. The views? Unreal. The location? Spot on. The details? Thoughtful in a way that makes you wonder why more places aren’t designed like this. Every corner felt like it was meant to be explored, and honestly, finding something this good is near impossible. Then there’s Amine—professional, quick to respond, and somehow always one step ahead, even with questions beyond the stay itself. The kind of host who makes the experience seamless. 10/10. The house is directly in the old city center on the highest point, so you have a great view from the roofterrace. Nevertheless a calm area. 5 floors with plenty of space for the 3 of us in this old but well kept traditional house. Thank you for hosting.

All the positive reviews on this rental are proven, mine is added to that of other guests. However, I would still provide nuances compared to the following: - the welcome is done by someone with whom we have never exchanged, we do not know who we have to deal with (it's not Christine, Jean-Pierre or Youssef) - the taxi that picked us up at the airport as agreed, finally charged us 300 dirhams instead of the 200 advertised - no welcome booklet in the house - average cleanliness downstairs in the patio room and bathroom: hair in the sink, hair, unclean toilet sweep, dust not dated yesterday on the paintings, bedside lamp, on the floor. Blanket in stained cabinet. Too bad you pay for cleaning so as not to enter a slightly cleaner house, when the cat is not there the mice dance... and I don't want it from the owners - lights that illuminate on the terrace would be a real plus

We booked two nights. The house is equipped with all the comforts you might need. It’s close to all the beaches, with the nearest one just 1 km away. A big highlight is the rooftop terrace — a true oasis of peace. Mustafa is very easy to reach. I highly recommend the house.

We had an excellent stay at Abdslam’s place! The apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located in the charming streets of the medina. The rooftop terrace with sea views is a real highlight, especially at sunset. Abdslam is an exceptional host—warm, welcoming, and very thoughtful. He kindly offered us a delicious couscous on the day of Eid, which was a lovely gesture. Communication with him was smooth and pleasant throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again inchallah.

This is my 3rd time in Cabo Negro, I know where to go if I ever come back. Definitely at Reda's, at Mirador Golf. Beautiful apartment, very clean, a well equipped kitchen, nice decor in the living room, and a magnificent view of the Tetouan mountains. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. Cabo beach is a 5min drive (about 40min walk). Otherwise, you can enjoy the residence's swimming pool, which closes early enough on the other hand, at 6:30 p.m. (but the owner had nothing to do with it). In case, I would recommend!

Beautiful spacious accommodation, I appreciated the cleanliness worthy of a hotel, secure building but no underground parking you have to find a place outside, we have always found it. The accommodation is very well equipped, it has everything you need, the only negative point is the outside noise that we hear because the window is not soundproofed. I recommend it!

The stay was very good. The apartment was spacious and was generally kept clean. Communication with the host was very good. There was a slight issue with the water but the host reacted immediately when we messaged them and they had it fixed very quickly, with a nice apology and saying it was the first time this has happened. The apartment included everything as in the description. The only small minus was the fact one of the rooms with the two single beds wasn’t cleaned that well in the corners, there were some cobwebs and dust. But the bedsheets were clean and generally the place was rather clean. I also wish there was a fresh sponge in the kitchen for cleaning dishes and that there would be something other than bleach for the laundry. But these are small things. Generally speaking I can highly recommend this place, it was a good price with a fantastic location, very spacious and with two bathrooms. The wifi worked well, the building has a guard and elevators. Great stay!
