Ismail was one of most wonderful hosts! He was kind, always available, and the home was very large and spacious. He helped us with a kind taxi driver, got a leakage fixed within a few hours of us informing us, and even ensured we got to his apartment easily. The location is excellent, very safe, clean, and close to everything popular. For all my India friends who visit Tangier, please stay at Ismails lovely Spanish home!

Cher Amine, Quel séjour merveilleux nous avons passé dans votre appartement à Al Hoceima ! La vue sur la mer et les montagnes depuis la terrasse est à couper le souffle avec son coin salon c'est l'endroit parfait pour se relaxer. Le chant des oiseaux le matin et le son des grillons la nuit : un vrai havre de paix. C'était exactement ce dont nous avions besoin ! L'appartement est vraiment agréable, et sa localisation est excellente, avec toutes les plages et le centre des magasins à moins de 10 minutes en voiture. I had a really pleasant stay at Najihah’s place. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the living area had everything I needed—TV, air conditioning, and good vibes. But what really stood out was Najihah herself. She was super flexible and kindly let me check out an hour and a half later so I could better match my travel plans. And here's the impressive part: after I left, she found a charger I didn’t even realize I’d forgotten. She immediately sent me a picture asking if it was mine and then arranged to pass it along to a friend of mine. Absolute lifesaver. The bathroom was simple but had all the essentials—soap, shampoo, and a generous stock of toilet paper (always a win). Overall, for the price, it was a great experience. A solid apartment and a truly thoughtful host. Would definitely recommend—and would happily stay again.

Het was een mooie plek rustig gelegen. Het was een schoon appartement het beddengoed en handdoeken roken lekker ! Je hebt een grote tuin tot jouw beschikking als je op het balkon zit zie je de prachtige zee! Enige nadeel is dat je niet de hele villa tot je beschikking hebt zoals het word geadverteerd maar alleen de boven verdieping. de prijs is goed voor wat je krijgt sommige dingen zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Aardige host

J’ai vraiment adoré cet appartement : nous étions face à la mer, quasiment les pieds dans le sable ! La vue est exceptionnelle, un vrai dépaysement, même hors saison. Idéal pour se ressourcer et vider son esprit. J’ai dormi chaque nuit avec le son apaisant des vagues… Un vrai bonheur. Rien à redire !

Sarah was really easy to work with, very responsive. We were missing a towel and she had a brand new one brought up right away. The place is spacious, conveniently located, great parking and walking distance to the beach. We could sit on the veranda and see the waves. The one thing that needed attention were the shower enclosures which allowed water outside of the shower onto the bathroom floor. She has said that they are scheduled to be replaced. So this should not be a future problem. Highly recommend the place.

Wow! From the beginning Rajae was very helpful for us. We were able to meet Rajae with short notice and very accommodating. The listing was nothing short of amazing. the location was perfect, the apartment pristine. Even had a tea kettle to make some authentic moroccan tea. We loved it so much we decided to book another day. Next time Rajae would get my business, very responsive.
