Alex is a great host! My family and I spent New Year's at the house and loved everything. The house, bedrooms, swimming pool and bathrooms are identical to the photos (I would say even better). I saw that some reviews complain about the heat, but now there is air-conditioning in both rooms. I thank Alex for his hospitality and quick responses; we'll be back more often.

These were wonderful days. Environment exactly as in the pictures. Quiet place and very spacious. Special commendation for d. Angélica and Mr. Biica, a very attentive cook and homemaker that made the moments even better, with delicious food, orange juice and coconut water at all times.

I sincerely thank all the people who helped in the house, Juliana and everyone else, the house was very clean, she managed to accommodate my group of 20 people PERFECTLY and there was still space left over. The service response was impeccable, they helped us in absolutely EVERYTHING. Note 10/10, I'm pretty sure I'll rent again. (I just recommend that if possible, in the near future, put air conditioning in the rooms, it's very hot this time of year.)

Beautiful, well-maintained site. Great location, and amazing view! Good accommodations, comfortable, everything clean and organized. In the living area, good chair structure. The screens are used as a last resort, a true oasis to relax and put aside some of the hectic routine of the city. The pools were essential for the hot days we faced, apart from all the outdoor fun, the fish in the lake left everyone enchanted. The kitchen has good utensils and good infrastructure. The host made us very comfortable in the space and provided all the necessary support. It was wonderful days and we will definitely repeat!

Great cost benefit! The property has plenty of space, courts, swimming pool, all great. The house is simple, without luxury, but it meets well. Exactly as it is in the photos. Fábio is very friendly and attentive. Note 10.

The house is simply perfect, I went with my family and everyone loved it, we were well instructed on how to get there, Mr. Moabe and Elaine, who are the caretakers, gave us all the support of where there was commerce, which I found very close, I loved the view from the house, which is from a cow farm, we were very delighted with the place, we even wanted to stay living there, the only bad thing was the heat in the last two days, if there was a screen on the window I could sleep peacefully with the windows open. I recommend that those who are going to stay take repellent, there are mosquitoes but not so much, and take a fan too, the house has 3 fans, but one ended up not working in the last few days and we took 5 more fans and even so we felt very hot at bedtime. We loved that the house's balcony has 2 hammocks and very comfortable armchairs, we found the house very complete and I'll be back soon for sure. I think to improve even more, it would only need an air conditioner at least in the triliches room

Great stay! Alex was an excellent host, always answered my questions and always made himself available. I will definitely rent more often. Great house, comfortable, the clean rooms, and the very good space, great for those who want to disconnect a little from the rush of everyday life.

We close the Viviane accommodation for 6 people, being 5 adults and one child. The house held us comfortably. Although we miss another double bed, this was not a problem, but I think it is an important piece of information. The rooms of the house are very airy and at night, in the outside area it is very cool, even on very hot days. The outdoor area has an excellent table where we always ate the daily meals. In addition to a great gourmet space with barbecue and wood-burning pizza oven. The pool also served us very well. And we also had access to the condominium pool, which was great. Despite the little movement in the condominium, for those looking for rest and tranquility, the place is ideal. Viviane maintained good communication with us, and we look forward to staying at this home for the next time.
