Rauhallinen kesähuvila Jaalassa, rauhaisassa metsämaisemassa järven rannalla. Kotoisasti sisustettu mielen tyyssija, jossa majoittuu mukavasti 2-4 henkilöä. Huvilan yhteydessä oma puulämmitteinen sauna sekä ulkona puilla lämpiävä rantasauna. Piha-alueeltaan hyvin hoidettu ja paljon ulkotouhutilaa mahdollistava. Lähimaastossa tarjolla luontopolku, kolme kotaa sekä maittavia marjamaastoja monipuolisine vesistöineen. Lähimaasto tarjoaa monipuolisia reittejä niin lenkkeilyyn kuin polkujuoksuunkin.

Upea huvila ja erillinen saunamökki rauhallisella paikalla järven rannalla. Huvilassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, nykyaikainen keittiö, sekä viihtyisä kylpyhuone. Paikka soveltuu ympärivuotiseen käyttöön ja uimaan pääsee laiturilta läpi vuoden. Lämpimästi tervetuloa! Tervetuloa majoittumaan meidän talossa sijaitsevaan omalla sisään käynnillä olevaan yksiöön 20m². Petipaikkoja 2-4. Asuinalue on rauhallinen ja lähellä moottoritietä. Talomme on vuonna 2022 valmistunut. Pihassa on parkkipaikka ja mahdollisuus sähköauton lataamiseen lisämaksusta. The apartment is 20m² and is located in our house with its own entrance. Fits 2-4 persons. Quite neighborhood and close to motorway. Our house is new. Free parking and ev-charge possibility with extra cost.

Koskikara

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.

Autotie menee perille asti. Polttopuut sisältyy vuokraan. Mökillä on hyvät 4G-yhteydet. Juokseva vesi mökkiin asti, paitsi talvella (1.11-15.4). Vierailla on käytössään soutuvene ja kahdet pelastusliivit. Kouvolan palvelut löytyvät 40 kilometrin päästä. Verlan Tehdasmuseo löytyy 10 km päästä.

Messilän läheisyydessä rantamökki (n. 2 km )

Messilän rinteiden, hiihtolatujen ja golfkentän läheisyydessä sijaitseva iso rantatontti. Tulee viettämään lomaa Messilän lomakeskuksen läheisyydessä. Oma ranta. Päämökki: olohuone, keittiö+3 makuuhuonetta ja vessa yht.90 m2. Tontilla myös toinen mökki, jonka yläkerrassa on 4 erillistä sänkyä. Nykyaikainen keittiövarustus, myös astianpesukone. Saunarakennuksessa suihku, sähkösauna ja pieni huone. Iso terassi saunan edustalla, jossa myös puulämmitteinen palju.

Villa Monto d'Oro is an old ranch in the quiet rural Tesjoki area of Loviisa, 1 hour drive from Helsinki. The midcentury farmhouse is very much in it's original glory with only the basic modern amenities added for comfort like hot water supply, AC and WIFI. Here it's possible to experience the Finnish sauna, watch the stars at night and wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning and go hiking in the nature or take a bicycle ride to the town of Loviisa.
