Strictly no parties or large gatherings are permitted. This property is located in a quiet, high-end subdivision, and noise or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. We understand that accidents can happen; however, all spills or damage must be reported prior to departure. The standard cleaning fee covers normal cleaning only; any extra cleaning required will be charged at an hourly rate. Guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition as found to avoid additional charges.

Taranaki Beach House - Great Sea Views

Panoramic views of sea, 1 min walk to the beach, surf, kayak, hike Mt Taranaki or bike the Coastal Walkway. 3 min to playground. Master Bedroom with ensuite upstairs. Well equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, TV, Netflix and free wifi. 15-20 mins from New Plymouth. 10 minutes from Airport. 40 mins from White Cliffs Walk, 15 mins to Pukekura Park Festival of the Lights. 35mins to Mt Taranaki. A semi-detached 2 bedroom apartment overlooking park like surroundings & view of Oakura Beach & the Tasman Sea. A very short walk will have the sand between your toes and/or a dip in the sea. Entry into the apartment is via your own front door with an outside lock-box holding the key. The apartment has 2 good size bedrooms, both with wardrobes for storage. Bath robes are supplied for up to 4 guests. In the well appointed lounge/dining room area you will also find a TV, CD player & FM radio.

Lovely little private cabin in Fitzroy. Newly renovated and consists of a bedroom with King size bed. There is a skylight above the bed equipped with a blockout blind. The Bathroom is en-suite with large rain shower. Cosy lounge area with flat screen TV. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided along with microwave, toaster and a fridge. The French doors lead to a decked area overlooking the garden area where you can relax and unwind.
