Very good communication and attention from Rodrigo. Depto near the sea and near Baquedano street, pedestrian promenade with beautiful old houses and many places where to have lunch with menus from 5,000 to 12,000, it is a street that connects the whole city center Also the coastal edge is only one block away and if you walk south you arrive in 10 min to Playa Cavacha and in 20 to the Iquique cacao.

nice apartment, and super friendly nataly in solving what we require. I think the only detail was his digital lock, with which I had problems but that Nataly solved with different alternatives.

This is a great place to stay in Iquique - we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The oven views were spectacular and we left the windows often to hear the waves rolling onto the beach. I recommend this place looks for a conveniently located spot int he city with close access to beaches and restaurants. The owner is very helpful.

Clean and very cozy place, a little far from downtown but the area is very quiet and there are several businesses nearby. Nothing that is needed. The pool is very nice and clean. The host was attentive to our needs. In conclusion: good place, highly recommended

Great location and a beautiful view. Positive points: Location close to supermarket with many taxis passing by the door. Various kitchen utensils, washing machine, cable TV, i.e. complete structure. Negative points: I didn't find any.

We were family and had a great stay. The place is just like the photos posted. Everything was clean and the apartment is well equipped. The place is quiet and safe, located in a nice area. Wifi works well, it has a garage in the subuelo. The only detail I can mention is that the adult pool was never enabled since we arrived, we were told it would be resolved in a few days but it never happened, other than that everything was fine.
