The listing price $190 is for 1 room, 2 guests. The entire house is available for the 2 guests to use. If you have others in your party the extra cost is $150 per night per room. No one lives in the house. We don't allow sharing with strangers. Once booked, 1 room or four its all yours to use, just like your own home.
