This was my stay after spending time at a hotel, about same price but here was added pool and more living space, microwave, bigger Ref. Always friendly and helpful with questions here. Yeah just all around great place. Felt very safe in around the neighborhood, so yeah I give thumbs up

Great place, cheaper than hotel. Road to the bnb was a bit tight so I recommend not bringing a big vehicle but it's otherwise manageable. The place itself was cozy and clean. Thanks for accommodating us

Sir Francis has been very responsive in terms of communication (for someone who has a lot of questions), gave clear instructions too! The place is safe and at the same time convenient and accesible to find. All the amenities inside the unit are functional as well which made the stay extra smooth. Would definitely recommend!

Pool is on the rooftop. Place is nice, it’s away from the noise of the bars and other nocturnal activities. Clean, safe, friendly staff, 3 min taxi ride to anywhere you want to go to. Will stay again when I come back to Angeles City.

We really loved the place! At first, I was a bit anxious about staying in a house while in Angeles since it was our first time there, but upon arriving, we were so happy and felt very safe. The host was also very professional and easy to talk to. The house was clean and very spacious. Our three vehicles—two sedans and one SUV—fit perfectly in the garage. It was also fun to hang out outside since they had comfy chairs, a table, and even a trampoline. The location is convenient too; it's close to stores in case you need to buy something, and very near SM Clark and all the tourist spots in Angeles. We'll definitely go back!

The place is super close to Aqua Planet and there are tons of great food spots around, which was super convenient. The place was really easy to find, and the host was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Thank you, Ms. Kixx!

I booked this place last minute and was honestly blown away—it did not disappoint! What you see in the photos is exactly what you get, if not better. The space was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell they really care about the guest experience. The staff were all so warm, welcoming, and helpful—it made a huge difference. You really feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. The host was also super responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. All in all, a fantastic stay. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights as we planned to go to aqua planet on the 2nd day. There are a lot of things to do at home as they have a lot of amenities - Videoke, swimming pool, pool table, ping pong table and basketball court. The place also has an al fresco area to eat or hang out. Lots of room and was spacious. Towels, blankets and toiletries were also provided. We will definitely stay here again. Our host, Jasmine, was responsive and the caretaker was also helpful. Also, easy to order via grab as there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

It was a great staycation for our little family . We really enjoy our 1 night stay at Ms. Annaliza's place. What I love the most about the place is it was peaceful, relaxing place were you can clear your mind from stress🥰. Everything inside the house is organized and clean and you have the freedom to use all the things inside. My son also love the place esp the swimming pool. And also Ms. Annaliza is nice, accommodating and friendly. I will surely recommend this place to everyone😊

I've been here a few times and it's always a pleasure to come back. Modern room, comfortable bed, high speed internet and the superb cleaning service.

The check-in process was very easy and the room was especially clean. The location is great with SM City Clark just a 10mins drive away and many bars and restaurants nearby. Overall, am very satisfied with the place, would come again!

It is operated by Koreans, so it is easy to communicate, and we provide late checkout, additional towels, and cleaning for free. The place is of course clean, and the bed is very good. It's usually like this, but I don't leave a review, but the host responds very quickly. I'm very satisfied.
