Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tarrafal

The house is just like in the photographs, a wooden construction in which nothing has been left to chance and which is filled with small details and revealing details of the love and affection with which it was built and appreciated. Like any wooden house, it is already showing small points in need of maintenance, but nothing serious. The view from the house on the outer porch is stunning and it's precisely what we loved the most. To stay outside at night, observing the immensity of the starry sky and in silence, only with the sound of the sea, was equally pleasant. The perfect home to welcome us with our family. We leave with great desire to return for more days. Small appliances missing can improve the experience (kettle or coffee maker). On the contiguous terrain of the house a new dwelling is being built, which removes privacy from the porch. Workers are respectful and do not start making noise too early.

This is where you want to be! Pool large enough for short laps. The house is huge! Lucas' relatives are across the driveway and very helpful with issues. Expect some family activity, but other times completely quiet, and we had the pool to ourselves whenever we used it. Rental car needed.

Amazing. Very nice house, magnificent view, the pool is splendid and the private beach at the foot of the house is absolutely wonderful - 10 minutes' walk from the village beach - very friendly with its small bars - and 15 minutes from the sublime wild beach of Preta - the hospitality is very well managed - The team helped us get ferry tickets - an ideal place to rest in the sweetness of Maio Island.

Andrea's place is very well located as it is a few 100m to the nearest supermarket as well as to the city beach a good quarter of an hour walk. The house has been lovingly built, the garden very green. Under the tree you can relax wonderfully in the shade. The barbecue invites you to fry fish and vegetables in the evening. The communication with Andrea went smoothly, there were very good tips and an answer to all questions. Clear recommendation!

The house is very pretty, a bit off the beaten track when it comes to shopping and restaurants. But Jean-Christophe is very accommodating and helps with shopping on the first day. Beds are a little worn out.

Kindly Bernard agreed to pick us up for free from our previous accommodation. He accommodated us in a larger, very nice house. Valerie and Bernard do everything to make our stay enjoyable: bike loan, informed advice, we really enjoyed the visit to her friend Raphaël Colicci who founded the Maioasis agroforestry farm:an extraordinary project to develop autonomous farms for social and solidarity purposes on the island of Maio.

Very beautiful and large house, very comfortable, with an amazing view, a peaceful terrace and nickel rooms. Close to the center, on foot. A big thank you to Mirtes, our host, edy, the driver and Vanusa, the cook who really took care of us. nothing to say. Thank you very much. small downside for the extremely noisy water pump as soon as we use water. and for the pool that deserves good maintenance. We recommend it.

Leonardo and Susana are excellent hosts, as well as their team. The apartment is very well located, and corresponds exactly to the description. It's well looked after and clean. It is on a main road (an advantage in terms of safety) but it is quiet and very close to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Experience to be repeated whenever possible. Me and my friends had a great time at this Airbnb home. It is very spacious, cozy and just meters from the beach. Elsemanual is very warm and friendly. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and address our needs. The roar of the ocean nearby helped make for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for a home away from home with a Cape Verdean cultural flair, I would highly recommend this place.

Luis was responsive and a great host. He managed our transport from airport to accommodation. The place was really good for that price. Spacious and clean flat.

The accommodation was very nice and can be reached by taxi from the airport in about 15 minutes. The apartment is very nicely decorated and clean. In principle, you have everything you need.

The place was so clean, and it has everything you need : kitchen equipment, cleaning products, water, iron… The bed was so comfortable and the location is perfect : safe, good neighbours, plenty of shops and restaurants around … We highly recommend this place. We felt very comfortable with Madilu. The location is perfect and easily accessible. The apartment is lovingly and charmingly furnished. We particularly liked the open kitchen on the terrace. There are numerous restaurants nearby, the grocery stores are easily accessible and the sea is on the doorstep. Cidade Velha is a special place as well as the accommodation of Madilu. We'll be sure to recommend

We had a few issues with the listing that the co-host promply resolved and even offered a better stay in another airbnb however that didn't work for us since we chose the place for the location but luckily we were able to work together to solve the issues and ended up having a lovely stay. The location is the best part, close to restaurants, hospital, bus stop and various stores! Jessica was always available to help and Kendra was attentive as well.

Pleasantly surprised by the place. The host is just great, responsive and very friendly. The accommodation is neither. I recommend it!

The studio was really perfect for us 2, cozy, enough outlets, enough towels, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Wi-Fi usually worked very well. The van was waiting outside at the airport and Alicia warmly welcomed us. The swimming pool is truly idyllic, the view is unbeatable and the water is salty but not excessively so, I quickly get irritated by salt water and not at all here. You can walk to all the restaurants in Vila de Maio, the local restaurants are super delicious and not at all expensive, for €14 we had eaten and drunk together, always fresh fish or chicken. Also shop around the corner for drinks or food and you have fridge and freezer so perfect. If you want to relax, this is definitely the place to do it!

We had a great stay in this very well furnished, clean and perfectly equipped apartment. The ocean view is really beautiful, a real plus for relaxing. The host, Neves, was very available and responsive throughout the stay. The only small downside is that the accommodation is a little out of the way, but it's still quite manageable: you can easily reach the center by taxi in 5 minutes for a low price. In short, an ideal place to rest and enjoy the calm with a superb view!

My second visit to Cabo Verde! This residence has become like a tourist home for me! Edna and Neves are great host, and will always be trusted with delivering a great experience!
