The cottage is just minutes from Downtown FW, Dickies arena, TCU, FW Zoo, Magnolia street, and the hospital districts. Guests have private access and street parking. The location is very safe and peaceful at night. We are blocks away from the famous Magnolia Street; We highly encourage our guests to explore Magnolia Street (Shops, Restaurants, and Bars) — it's a 15 minute walk and few minutes drive to everything!

This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. “Eagle Nest” Tiny Home sits on a large lot with huge trees lots of privacy. Only 10 min or so from Arlington’s entertainment district. Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Sixflags, Water Park & Texas Live. Downtown Fort Worth is just a short drive away. Eagle Nest has a shower, toilet, microwave, coffee pot, Wi-Fi & smart TV with Cable. The loft has a twin bed, the couch also converts to a full bed. The outdoor area is very cozy with a private patio, chiminea and charcoal grill.
