Valoisa, modernisoitu kaksio keskustan tuntumassa. Rauhallinen talo. Keittiössä kaikki tarpeelliset kodinkoneet, ja kylpyhuoneessa pesukone sekä kuivausrumpu. Makuuhuoneessa parisänky, olohuoneessa vuodesohva ja vuodetuoli. Lyhyt kävelymatka ydinkeskustaan. Upeat ulkoilupolut lähellä, samoin hyvät bussiyhteydet mm. rautatieasemalle. Koe helppoa asumista lähellä keskustaa. Pysäköi ilmaiseksi ja lataa autosi edullisesti. Koe virkistävä luontoyhteys mm. maastopyöräreiteille takapihaltasi käsin. Aloita aamusi luontolenkillä, rentoudu pehmeissä löylyissä ja nauti virvokkeita aurinkoterassilla. Valmista ruokasi tyylikkäässä keittiössä, ruokaile omalla katetulla terassilla ja nauti rento iltasi olohuoneessa netflixin tai kaupungilla kulttuuri- ja viihdetarjonnan parissa. Jääkylpymahdollisuus 25 euron lisämaksusta (5.8.2024–>).

Villa Sairio: old time idyll HML stationary

Sairio: really close. For us, you walk from the train station, and from us you walk for a swim. You can get to us by bus, and your own car. Our house is from v 1929, but the apartment has been renovated in 2018. The room has beds for 2 adults and 1 child. There's a spare mattress if you need it. In a small kitchen, you'll enjoy morning coffee and evening snacks. Your own spacious bathroom. The lush yard offers space for a stay. In the summer, there is a terrace with food groups and hammocks.

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included, big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you (house rules).

Everything you need is close by, e.g. Veska shopping center, Citymarket and Prisma 24/7, Lidl, Sale. Tampere city center about 6 km, airport about 11 km, Exhibition and Sports Center in the backyard, Nokia Arena 4.5 km. Lovely Härmälänranta about 1km. Note! The apartment is located on Toivonkuja, the map view is different because it cannot be changed

From Helsinki Airport by train to the lake? Log cabin on a beautiful private plot. Possibility to swim, rent a wood-fired sauna, kayak (2 pcs), sup-board (2 pcs) and rowing boat. The lake and adjacent rapids are popular with fishermen. The Birgita Trail hiking trail and the canoeing trail around Lempäälä run alongside. Ski trails 2 km. Train station 1.2 km, from where you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping center 7 km.
