Welcome to my studio apartment with a great location in the city center of Tartu! The apartment, which is only for guests, is located on the fourth floor. The windows and balcony open to the courtyard of the building. For relaxing, there is a wide double bed and sofa bed with clean bed linen, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and enjoying it. There is a bathroom with a shower corner to refresh yourself. Tartu's main attractions are a few minutes' walk away, as well as the bus station. Comfortable staff-free entrance.

Korter asub Karlovas, jalutuskäigu kaugusel kõigest, mida Tartu pakub. Läheduses on toidupoed, kohvikud aga ka välijõusaal, mis teevad linnas viibimise veelgi toredamaks. Oluline teada: Kuigi meie korter asub heas asukohas, võivad mõned naabrid olla lärmakad. Kui hindad rahu ja vaikust, siis soovitame sellele kindlasti tähelepanu pöörata. Palume arvestada, et korter asub keldrikorrusel ja aknad on maapinna tasapinnal. Kui hindad luksuslikku valgusküllast majutust, ei pruugi see korter sobida.

The kitchen has oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, water kettle, filter coffee machine. It also has pots, pans and basic cutlery. Apartment is automatically warm through floor heating.
