You are welcome to my studio apartment located in the centre of Tartu! The guest only apartment is on the fourth floor. The windows and balcony open into the building's courtyard. For resting outdoors with a clean bedding, there is a wide double bed and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and enjoying it. There is a bathroom with a shower corner to refresh yourself. The main attractions of Tartu are a few minutes' walk away, as well as the bus station. Comfortable staff-free entrance.

The apartment is part of an 8plex building with a Kuremaa Lake view. It has a big terrace, sauna pod and garden house. A Spacy living room accomodates up to 4 people with a kingsize bed and a comfy sofabed. Living room has a 42" TV with 60+ channels and variety of movies included. The kitchen has oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, water kettle, filter coffee machine. It also has pots, pans and basic cutlery. Apartment is automatically warm through floor heating.

Enjoy your stay in Tartu’s green and peaceful Karlova district – a bright one-bedroom apartment just a 30-minute walk from the city centre. The apartment is spacious, sunlit, and warm. Art, a large bookshelf, vintage furniture, indoor plants, and big windows with beautiful light might charm you. It’s ideal for one or two guests looking for a quiet, inspiring place to relax. This is my part-time home, and when I’m not here, I love opening it to guests.
