2 etwas lästige Gegebenheiten vor all dem Lob vorweg: auf harmloses Eisenoxid zurückzuführender Geruch und leichte Rückstände auf Haut und Schmuck des warmen Nutzwassers und gelegentlich stechende und beißende Insekten waren etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Tolle Erreichbarkeit von kulturellen Angeboten und Menschenanhäufungen in Tartu bei Bedarf. Großartige Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber auf allen Kanälen. Für „Besitzer“ von Hunden ohne Jagdtrieb gleicht es einem Paradies. Sauna, Lagerfeuer, Trampolin, Obstpflanzen, Schaukel, Netflix und so weiter waren uns willkommene Abwechslungen - hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Gesamtausstattung. Traumhafter See in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Wohnhaus bietet unglaublich viel Raum für mehr als 2 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde - nächstes Jahr planen wir, mit mehreren Personen wieder dort zu weilen. Den Kontakt zu Personen, die dafür Sorge tragen, das Grundstück in einem äußerst gepflegten Zustand zu halten, haben wir als sehr kommunikativ und bereichernd empfunden.

Отлично место что бы провести выходные с семьей. Не очень далеко до центра города . Тихое, уютное место. Современное жилье . В доме есть все необходимое . С удовольствием вернемся снова .

Väga ilus, hubane ja puhas maja! Olime 2 ööd talvel ja maja oli väga soe! Reaalselt maja on isegi ilusam, kui piltidel! Väga soovitan!

Отличная возможность провести выходные вдали от городской суеты. Баня, небольшое лесное озеро, поля, лошади. Огромный дом, который мы большой компанией снимали целиком - места хватило всем. Единственный минус - расположение. Магазины далеко, да и в целом добираться без машины сложно, но мы брали микроавтобус в аренду.

Очень довольны нашим выбором. Полностью оборудованный дом со всеми удобствами для комфортного проживания, расположенный в тихом месте на природе. Гостеприимные хозяева постарались сделать наше пребывание максимально приятным.

Very nice place! We had a lovely time. Plenty of space and lovely terrace/yard! We visited with a dog and 7 people.

There was 8 of us, 4 kids and 4 adults. We had a great time.

Die Unterkunft ist klasse. Hätten wir mehr Zeit gehabt, hätten wir verlängert. Das sagt wohl alles. Risto ist ein sehr toller Gastgeber. Der Garten ist Hunde sicher eingezäunt und hat eine große überdachte Terrasse. Die Lage ist klasse. Der Badesee in Nöo ist auch super. Tartu und Elva sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.

Anti, what a peaceful place you have! It was pleasantly cool on those hot summer days, making it a nice and cozy retreat. The location is fantastic - everything is within walking distance, and your traditional Estonian house beautifully reflects its history and the surrounding area. We appreciated the free parking space and the proximity to the old town. The unique apartment was a gem, and we were thrilled to find that the description was very accurate - exactly what we were expecting. A special thank you for preparing firewood for a lovely evening gathering; it really added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, we were very happy with our experience at Antis' apartment!

Tegu on väga mugava, ilusa ja looduslähedase puhkamisvõimalusega. Iglumajad on valgusrikkad, soojad ja akendest avanevad imeilusad vaated veekogule, metsale, põllule ja õunapuu aiale. Viibisime majutuses talvel, maja oli mõnus soe, sooja vee olemasolu ei mõjutanud õues olevad külmakraadid. Tegu on privaatse ja vaikse asukohaga. Omanikud on väga sõbralikud ja abivalmid. Klienditeenindus oli super. Samuti asub iglumajadest paari minutilise jalutuse kaugusel KODAS restoran ja siidrikoda. Tooted on ülimaitsvad, ostsime ka teele kaasa. Jäime oma talvevõlumaise külastusega väga rahule. Plaanime kindlasti külastust ka suvel

We are very happy with the stay!

Excellent stay in Tartu. The appartment is great and super clean. Very functionnal as well. It is very easy to reach the appartment. The only little problem is that it is quite far from the city center (~25min) which is easily feasable if you are okay to walk (and no rain!). Bus number 6 goes to the city center as well. Thank you Tõnis.

Great location, quiet, lots of nice windows. Stella was very easy to communicate with when I had questions. I would stay here again.

We rented two apartments with Kristine and had a great stay. Everything was easily accessible, and the location near the old town made it perfect for exploring and enjoying some great restaurants. The apartments were spotless, modern, and equipped with all the important amenities. Kristine was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout. Highly recommended!

Cosy. The first word that comes in mind, remembering our stay. Spacious, bright with lots of light throug huge windows. Well equipped kitchen, with all the needed devices from espresso macine (with quality coffee included) to dish washer. All the pots and pans an utensils. Huge balcony. Safe parking. Sauna and jacuzzi. Friendly and helpful host. Las but not least was Hermiine the tortoise. It was first warm days of spring during our stay and we were able to let her go sunbathing on the balcony. She was so active and curious, discovering every corner of the balcony and of course our toes. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning to stay in Tartu.

Mõnus koht, kuhu ka natuke suurema seltskonnaga minna. Sauna ja tünni saab ka. Lisaks ilusa vaatega asukoht.

Päikeseraja talu on ideaalne vaimu puhkamiseks - imekaunis loodus ja hubane majutus. Maalilised vaated väljas nii veesilmale kui saunale ning toas küdevale kaminale. Majutuses kõik vajalik kenasti olemas ja igati puhas - mõnusalt kodune! Ja saun veel omakorda kirsiks tordil - mahutab muhedalt saunalisi, saab sulpsata tiiki ning jahtuda end terrassil.

Amazing place!

Amazing home, super-super clean, great kitchen to cook in and very friendly host. I was actually sad that I didn’t stay longer since it is such an awesome place to spend a night. I visited with kids (age 9 and 11) and they also had remorse about leaving too soon. We will be back!

Timo on super majutaja. Tekkis probleem õhksoojuspumbaga, kuid mõne minutiga lahendasime probleemi. Hind paigas. Vägev pisike ja nostalgiline putkake võrtsu kaldal. Majutaja pakkus lahkesti ka sauna taga kasvavaid rabarbereid koju kaasa ning sai tutvust teha ka Timo enda hoovil majutuvate lammastega.

Really peaceful place. A comfortable cabin with a window on the nature.
