The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The living room has a fold-out sofa. The bedroom with a French balcony has a 160 cm wide bed. The rooms offer views of greenery and the city wall. The Town Hall Square is 500 meters away, and the Emajõgi River and the University of Tartu Delta Center are nearby.

The apartment is soundproof to noise from the street. It takes 5min of walk to supermarkets; 10min to University and City Hall in old town; farmer's market, shopping centers and V-Spa in downtown; 15min to Estonian National Museum and 20min to Ahhaa! science center and Aura water park.

In the spacious garden you can have a barbecue, play tennis, use the hot tub (for an additional fee), go to the sauna and just relax. A larger family or group of friends can also stay in the campsite or in their own tent. Well-behaved pets are welcome. We are located only 5km from Tartu.

Siin on eriti tore peatuda perel, aga usun, et mõnus ja õdus on siin kõigil. Kvaliteetse projektori ja helisüsteemiga on mõnus filmiõhtuid teha ning laud on ideaalses suuruses lauamängudeks. Väiksema seltskonnaga on mõnus ka pikemalt aega veeta.
