Our 2-room apartment with open kitchen, air conditioning and wifi connection is located in the Riga quarter in Tartu. The apartment is in the heart of Tartu, where everything is very close. Just a walk away is the Vanemuine Theater, the Department Store, the Train Station and, of course, the Aparaad Factory, where there are many good places to eat. The apartment has towels and bed linen and dishes to cook. Also a washing machine-dryer. A wide bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed and TV in the living room. Parking is free in the public parking lot at Filosoofi 2a if there are places available.

The apartment is located in the beautiful Ülejõe area of Tartu in the new residential area away from the city noise but at the same time close enough. The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need for life. Comfort is enhanced by a large balcony with furniture and a separate private entrance. The nearest place on the Emajõgi river is only a 15-minute walk away. There are scenic views and several swimming spots around the river. In addition to the Emajõgi river, there is an ERM and an upside-down house near the apartment. Beautiful town hall and city center just 10 min drive away.
