Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tashkent District

comfortable & clean & accomodating - place that feels very homey in a quiet neighborhood with many fruit trees. there is a small yard, 2 rooms, a private toilet, fridge and microwave. the shower is always warm with hot water, it is officially semi-shared with the family but we never had an conflict or problem - they only clean it when we weren't there., quite the contrary we loved meeting the family and they were very open and available for cultural exchange and hospitality just like we've experienced all over uzbekistan. if you want a sterile hotel - go for it.. but if you want a real uzbek experience in tashkent - this is as good as it gets especially for such a great price. thank you!!

What made me feel the safest is that Akramjan immediately picked up my phone calls and supported me on getting to the Airbnb. The check-in and check out were quick and seamless, and the airbnb had refreshments on offer (these were paid but were a great addition to the place). The home was spacious and functional. Мы остались в полном восторге от проживания у Алексея! Он очень приятный собеседник, заботливый хозяин и замечательный человек. В доме все было очень комфортно и чисто. Удобные большие кровати и полная тишина по ночам. Нам очень хорошо спалось! Гостили у него с дочкой и ей тоже все очень понравилось. Она попросила поставить ему 10 баллов, а лучше 100😄 Обязательно остановимся здесь еще, когда в следующий раз приедем в Ташкент. До центра на такси ехать 15 минут. Рядом есть магазинчик, где есть все необходимое и кафе с вкусным пловом

our flight was delayed for 3 hours and arrived at the airport around 1 am. He waited for us to arrive at the apartment until 230am to make sure everything was OK. He allowed us to check out a few hours extra since our flight to Samarkand was at 7pm. Thank you Erkin

這個公寓位於一座住宅小區裡面，位置非常方便，早上只需要五分鐘即可走去超市買現烤的馕，附近街心綠道也很適合走路，幾乎可以走去市區任何地方；距離地鐵站也很近。房東很友善，而且回复信息非常快；房間溫馨寬敞，很乾淨，鄰居也很安靜，晚上睡得很好。 如果下次再來Tashkent，希望還可以住在這裡。

Очень понравилось жилье: светлое, чистое. Расположение отличное: вокруг много хороших мест (Алина присылает рекомендации), красивые парки и просто ухоженная часть города (мы по 12-15 километров в день нагуливали). Квартира еще лучше, чем на фото: просторнее и нет ощущения, что заехал в гостиницу, много деталей, которые делают ее по-домашнему уютной. В паре минут ходьбы корзинка :) из бонусов: приятные соседи. Хозяйка квартиры всегда была на связи. Одна из лучших квартир, которые мы снимали на arnb.

хорошая квартира в тихом спальном районе. рядом есть пару магазинов. в 10 минутах ходьбы станция метро. до центра примерно 10-15 минут на машине. ремонт в квартире свежий и хороший. квартира уютная, однако немного тесная. хозяин помог с покупкой вещей для кота перед приездом, за что отдельная благодарность.

Прекрасная большая двухкомнатная квартира на 8 этаже в хорошем районе города. Единственное, если рассматривать как жильё для четверых, второе спальное место - это диван в гостинной, окна выходят на дорогу. Основная спальня удобная и тихая. Есть базовая кухня, стиральная машина. Однозначно рекомендую.

Murodjon was an awesome host. He even helped us at the passport office with our police registeration.

I loved staying at Alisher’s place 🩵 The apartment was clean, spacious and looked even better in person. Alisher was very kind, responsive and helpful and made me feel welcome. Apartment has everything you need - coffee, tea, toilet paper, washing machine detergent, cleaning supplies, AC, wifi, supplies for cooking etc. Wifi is fast and you can easily work online. The neighbourhood is also nice, peaceful and has shops, restaurants, bazaar and metro in walkable distance. I really recommended this place! :)

Все прошло хорошо. Заселение простое, хозяин реагировал на вопрос быстро.

Отличный вариант для проживания в Ташкенте. Квартира чистая и уютная. До основных достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком, на airbnb сложно найти что-то более центральное. В квартире есть все необходимое, даже бойлер в ванной (если воду отключат, не заметите). В душе отличный напор воды. Алина очень дружелюбная и отзывчивая хозяйка. Из небольших недочетов, которые нужно иметь в виду - интернет быстрый, но ненадежный (Алина в курсе и занимается проблемой) + в соседнем ресторане до 22 играет громкая музыка. Если для вас это не критично, в остальном - прекрасные апартаменты! Спасибо!

Alya is great host. She is very conscientious and ensures that her guests feel at home. She was very helpful with the registration process which was essential for me since I stayed in Tashkent for a significant period. The facilities and all the amenities were excellent. Yunusobod has its own charm and the location is surrounded by small independent stores, street food vendors, restaurant, fresh non, and chain supermarkets as well. The metro station is just 5 mins. Thanks for a great stay.

숙소가 매우 깔끔했습니다. 웬만한 호텔보다 공간이 넓었습니다. 침구뿐만 아니라 인테리어도 무척 고급스러웠습니다. 또 한번 방문하고 싶습니다. 한국 관광객, 특히 가족 여행객에게 추천하고 싶습니다.

Great place—secure, peaceful, with view of the city and the TV tower. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, and a "Корзинка" supermarket is within a 10-minute walk. The host and property manager were both friendly and very helpful. Communication was easy and quick. I want to highlight that during our stay, we experienced a couple of hiccups—likely due to the strain on communal services caused by Tashkent’s rapidly growing infrastructure, which was not related to the property itself. During one such issue, the property manager was transparent and informative about the situation, and even went the extra mile by offering us a complimentary hotel stay if we preferred to wait until the issue was resolved. On our last day, our flight was very late, and the manager kindly offered us another apartment to stay in and wait for our flight—completely free of charge. That thoughtful gesture made a big difference and was greatly appreciated. I would defensively stay again. Thank you!
