Great staying at the place

Loved the plants inside and gorgeous greenery outside, from all windows. Pros: - Host accommodates - we had to extend stay because my husband felt sick and the host was super understanding and helped us extend the stay until he recovered - Location - close to the airport and a metro station - Food scene - nice restaurants and a local bazaar nearby - Calm neighborhood Cons: - 4th floor without elevator, good workout but can get tricky if you have heavy luggage - Learned that after 10pm walking outside can get dangerous in this area, especially for girls and alone

Shavkat is very accommodating and flexible with check in and checkout. I only wish there was an option for self check in as it takes one less thing to do off your plate than coordinating meeting but he was very flexible with our flight changes. This place is spacious, very great location with many restaurants, right next to park, and metro so easy to get anywhere. The only small nitpick is the shower is low ceiling and there is no shower curtain. Other than host is great and place is great!

This is one of my favorite AirBNB stays! The location: in the new center of Tashkent. Close to the mall, many shops and restaurants, ATM, a park, and markets. We’ve watched the live Eid al Adha and Uzbekistan national team celebration from the comfort of the apartment! The apartment: pristine clean, beautifully decorated, with everything supplied: kitchen utensils, cutlery, toiletries, towels, washing machine, steam iron, and ironing board. Little details here and there which added to the beauty of the apartment. The host: Dilya has been great from the get-go. Communicative and punctual. She has explained everything thoroughly and spent time with us familiarizing us with the everything in the apartment. She’s wonderful and very personable. It’s a safe accommodation for solo female travelers as well as families.

Nodira is simply a wonderful host! From the first day she took me to the Chorsu Bazaar and showed me around the city. She's lovely and her house is also very tidy, full of ammenities and very VERY well located. I can't recommend her enough! Will definitely stay with her again when I return to Tashkent!

Place had amazing view both main floor and on roof top, roof top is quiet large and makes for great outdoor space . Well staked amenities and a close proximity white mosque .

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire trip, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was spotless — very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The interior design deserves a special mention: it’s modern, stylish, and thoughtfully put together, with charming touches of Uzbek culture that give it a unique and warm atmosphere. Everything was arranged with care and attention to detail, making the space both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Large place - perfect for the five of us. Clean and has good amenities (and the best hair dryers of which there are two). Conformable beds with nice linens. Two bathrooms - one en suite. Everything works. Bit far from the centre but this is clearly visible on the listing, and the taxis are very (very!) affordable. Could do with a second set of keys for larger groups. Comms a bit patchy but I think that's just a cultural quirk - all necessary information was communicated promptly. One thing to mention for fellow travellers is that you shouldn't be put off by communication via Whats App, as the host uses it to send you check-in instruction videos. Overall we had a comfortable stay - thank you Elyor!

Akmal is an amazing host, extremely helpful and responsive and represented a very warm welcome as I entered a foreign country. I am very pleased with the place and the location. If anyone is looking for a comfortable, safe stay - this is the place!

We came to Uzbekistan with friends and opted not to stay at their hotel but stayed at Tahkirs place. The apartment is perfect for two people with everything you need to cook for yourself. The air conditioner worked very well, and the building was very quiet and private. There are good restaurants and cafes nearby and the metro is a 5 minute walk away, but we used Y@ndex go for our travels (like Uber) as taxis in Uzbekistan are cheap. One of our major concerns with doing an Airbnb in Tashkent was the necessary government registration. Tahkir took care of it all in a timely fashion and got us the documents we needed. If we come to Tashkent again, we will stay here again and recommend it to others. A clean place in a great location Host also speaks both Russian and English which makes things easy.

The apartment is big and spacious. It is located close to the metro so you can easily get to any location in Tashkent. It is on a side street, so it is very quiet. Nice comfortable stay.

Sayyora’s apartment was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). The place was spotless and is in a very convenient location. Sayyora was very responsive and did everything she could to make sure that our stay was worry-free. Highly recommended!

High-speed Internet. All the necessary establishments are within a walking distance, from a 24-hour ATM to a quite affordable cafe (from 8.00 to 23.00), pharmacies and shops.
