Genuinely top-level spot for a getaway party. The house is fully prepared for having fun in a good style. Spent the weekend with 12 ppl here, everything served us well. Patryk was very responsive and open. Positive things you may not spot on photos: - the tv is a smart TV - there’s really a lot of dishes, glass and cutlery - there are three different balls: soccer, volley and rugby. Small thing but adds up. - you also have hammock - IT’S REALLY QUIET unless there’s another party near by* The pool table, darts and fusball are not a top quality but still they work and provide fun. *You may only keep in mind that there’s another huge party house right next to this one, so you may find another party / trip next to yours at the same time - that’s exactly what we had. But it was not a problem for us, actually we liked the other guys a lot. Your terrace will be on the other side of the house so you keep your privacy and eventually parties do not blend too much. Strongly recommend!

The highlight of the property is it's location in a small village about 25 minutes drive from Zakapone. Even though there is a school opposite and a church close by it is still generally peaceful and the mountain views absolutely stunning. The villa is very well equipped and my two year old granddaughter really appreciated all the toys to play with. We had one or two technical issues with the property during our stay but Stefan was great at providing solutions and always very responsive. In theory the villa can sleep up to 10 people but the seating in the dining and sitting room only comfortably provides for six adults. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa absolutely love the place it had everything we needed nice clean place only think is the tv has english movies did not bother me as I had my laptop connected but yeah everything was spot on extremely recommend this place Thanks Suzi

the house is well decorated and nicely equiped with everything we needed the equipment in the house is well kept. the house is 3 stories higher and offer a private location while a good view of the mountains. overall we had a good time.

The place was very clean, lots of space for everyone and great outdoor spaces. Location was great and walkable to the old town center and many restaurants. We would definitely recommend it and would stay here again if in the area.

We had an absolutely incredible month-long stay at this beautiful villa. It was the perfect retreat for our family to unwind and spend quality time together. The privacy of the villa allowed us to truly relax, and we enjoyed every minute—from reading books, having fun in the pool, to unwinding in the sauna, and gathering around the cozy fireplace. The villa itself is even more stunning than the photos, with breathtaking views that left us in awe every day. Katarzyna & Anna were amazing—always responsive and attentive to all our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, even surprising us with thoughtful gifts from their local farm. Their warmth and hospitality made our experience truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway. We will definitely be back!

The villa is beautiful and very well equipped. It is in a nice and peaceful neighborhood, and is perfect for a family reunion and relaxation if you want to be away from the craziness of the city. The house is about 30 minutes away from Budapest by car, and 50 minutes away by public transportation. The house is super clean, functional, comfortable, and offers a stunning view to the surrounding Buda hills. Betty, the owner, and host of the house, is a super nice, welcoming, and friendly lady. She came to greet us at the check-in in person, showed us around, and explained everything we needed to know. We had some special needs at the check-in, and check-out, and she was very understanding, and super flexible both times. We enjoyed the heated pool, the sauna, the hot tub, and the gym every day during our stay. All of them were super clean and very well maintained. We liked everything about the villa. We will definitely come back here whenever we will visit Budapest. Thank you, Betty!

Gergely and his wife were absolutly amazing ❤️ Very helful, very open and friendly. Their house is gorgeous, even better than on the photos. Great huge kitchen and the garden is TOP! absolutely stunning place, villa is huge with big bed rooms. beautiful surrounding gardens. outside jacuzzi with sauna opposite. A stunning indoor swimming pool, gym, sun beds and fitness room. the place was spotless, which is impressive given the shear size of the place! we stayed here for 3 nights and didn't leave the whole time we was there, as the kids were so occupied with the pool and jacuzzi. the weather was hot but wasn't a problem with the excellent functioning air conditioning. I can't recommend this place high enough it's both beautiful and visually stunning. we absolutely loved it here and will be definitely returning. the only downside is having to leave!

Everything is as described. A beautiful place where we had a great time. It would be perfect if everyone had their own duvet instead of a double :) - we were as a group of friends and would be much more comfortable. Plus, it's all great!

Beautiful accommodation, in a beautiful quiet place. The host is absolutely kind and helpful. There is plenty of fun for the kids. The cottage is wonderfully clean ,tidy and scented. I don't have a single complaint . I definitely recommend it.

Imre is a fantastically friendly and caring host. We rented it for a bachelor party for a weekend, and it was a great success! A spacious venue provided the opportunity for an 11-person LAN party, a whiskey tasting and cooking. Due to the location, we were not disturbed and we did not disturb others with loud music or conversation in the middle of the night. Imre was absolutely flexible when leaving, there was no problem with the handover either. I highly recommend it to anyone who can appreciate the possibilities described above in an accommodation.
