Having grown up in the area, Kennel Farm is the place we choose to come back for our family holiday every year. We love the house and surroundings. Excellent location and Tanya is a perfect host. Highly recommend.

We chose this venue as it was recommended by Upton Barnes’s wedding venue where my son and his fiance were getting married. We were able to accommodate all of my side of the family for the wedding and the newly married couple joined us on Sunday to entertain members of the wedding party With a cooked breakfast followed by a barbecue lunch. There was plenty of space seating and parking for the approximately 25 people who visited us over the day.. Tracey was very helpful host and the house was equipped extremely well a three-year-old grandson had an enormous range of toys to entertain him. I cannot recommend this property more highly

Lovely place, very peaceful and relaxing. Lovely gesture by the host with the bottle of Prosecco thank you 😊 Claire was very helpful and responsive to messages. Before the trip she sent us some information for things in the area, places to eat etc, was very helpful. Lovely little hide away, nice and private. Just as the pictures showed, Beautiful. Our stay at Hare Lodge was absolutely faultless. The lodge was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, had everything you could possibly need. The linen and towels were gorgeous. Like I said totally faultless. Without doubt the best Airbnb we have stayed in. She was hugely welcoming couldn’t have been more helpful with restaurant suggestions. She even gave my son some birthday chocolates. I would definitely recommend staying with her in either property and I would absolutely stay there again if she’d have us. Big big thank yous .

Beautiful place. Perfect for visiting Glastonbury and Wells. The space was spotless and so cosy. The bed is so beautiful and comfortable. Kate is a lovely host, and we even get some fresh eggs as a gift.

Had a wonderful stay. Very spacious. Private. Felt right at home. Lovely massive bed in the main bedroom pillows and duvet also comfortable. Didn't use the 2 single beds but also a lovely room. The cottage just felt like it had a lovely atmosphere. You can leave the door open and windows without feeling like you have to have the door shut. Did Cheddar Gorge and Caves, Wookey Hole and Weston-super-Mare. Went to the Langford Inn and the Railway Inn plus in Cheddar had a lovely Indian at Rasoi and Milkshakes at Lion Rock Tea room. Jodie and Angus were helpful and friendly :-) Next time will definitely use the hot tub!

Great location, with amenities - and views across Charmouth to the sea - just as shown in photos. Just 10 minutes or so wander downhill to the sea and only half a mile from the village centre with a good (early until 9.00pm) convenience store, small bakery, pharmacy and pubs. Lots of coastal and inland walks within relatively short drives and easy access to Lyme Very responsive host.

Very comfortable flat in a great location - within walking distance of Whiteladies Road with lots of cafes and restaurants and frequent buses to other parts of the city.

Really enjoyed our stay with Tina. The apartment is very comfortable and the mattress so soft you'll fall asleep in 2 minutes. We really appreciated the personal surprise touch when we opened the fridge. There was a lovely bottle of wine for us as well as bar of luxury chocolate on the table. We highly recommend Tina as a host if you plan on going to Devon. Easy access to the motorway makes it a must to stay in.

Perfect location for those exploring Barry Island. Host were friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication was fantastic. Room was exactly what we needed. Clean and tidy. Bed and bedding was comfortable. Garden was lovely for a coffee if a morning. We especially liked the free and included doggy cuddles. ❤️ The only downside was having to leave. Couldn’t ask for a better stay! My partner and I brought our newborn on his first holiday here to Torbay. We were somewhat anxious about it, but Susan went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and provide everything we needed. The property is stunning, everything is to the best quality, it’s better than most 5 star hotels. We will definitely be back, and would definitely recommend.

Just back from a wonderful stay at Terrys beachside studios apartment we had the most amazing few days,being so close to the beach was wonderful the views were breathtaking.Thank you Terry we will definitely be back.

It’s our 2nd time staying and won’t be our last! Carol and Richard are the perfect hosts and we are so pleased to have found this gem. It’s a great location for exploring the city and an absolutely beautiful flat, so thoughtfully designed with lots of special touches. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was in a beautiful location with stunning views of the bay from both the bedroom and down on the decking / hot tub. The apartment was spotless and could tell no expense was spared when creating this space. It had everything you could need in the kitchen, as well as lots of little extras which make all the difference. We were lucky to have beautiful weather so felt like we were on holiday for the 2 days we were there when on the loungers on the private decking. Wouldn’t change anything and would definitely stay at Bay View again! Thank you Lisa for a wonderful, relaxing stay!

Diana is the best host — a true gem, which is rare these days! The place was spotlessly clean, tidy, and incredibly pleasant. I was welcomed with beautiful fresh flowers, toiletries, milk, and coffee — such thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. The location is fantastic and conveniently close to shops. Highly recommended!

A very tasteful modern and pristine apartment with the most amazing views along the Jurassic Coast - what a place to relax. It is reasonably close to the beautiful town of Lyme Regis walking however the return journey is challenging and is not for everyone. It is so convenient though for the many walking routes in the area which we really enjoyed. Thanks Melanie and David for wonderful stay ( loved your new lawn mower David, we might have to get one too! )

Great location, just over Pulteney Bridge so nice and quiet at nighttime but very easy to walk over to the main attractions during the day. Lots of great restaurants etc. very close by too. The apartment itself is impressive! The scale is larger than the photos, all very spaced out with lots of room. The design is great and everything was spotless. The kitchen had amenities to be able to cook at home. Great window coverings to allow complete blockout at night, however also allowed through flow of air during the day. As advertised, it is upstairs, so something to note. We were made aware there were renovation works on the apartment upstairs, however they were all conducted in normal construction hours and we barely heard any noise. Overall, peaceful and so enjoyable, we would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great little hideaway in stumbling distance of a bustling high street with great pubs and restaurants. The accommodation is very comfortable and very well equipped.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Kevin gave us clear and easy instructions to get in the apartment, and it was in a perfect location - walk out the front door and you're bang in city centre. We went to Cardiff to see a gig in the Utilita arena which was literally a 2 min walk away. The apartment itself is huge and beautifully presented. Highly recommended and if I'm in Cardiff again I'll know where to look for accommodation. Thanks Kevin!
