Great option. The entrance to the house is straight from the garage. Check-in from Kalinin Street - on the map it is marked from Getapia Street, but there is only on foot. Convenient location: a couple of minutes walk to the park, in close proximity to shops and a couple of cafes, 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Dilijan. You can hear the river a little through the windows, for me it's a bonus. The house is large, it is clean, the kitchen has everything. The furniture is not the newest, but everything is clean, everything you need to eat. Very polite, helpful and helpful host. Overall a great experience.

Was sweet like our home. Modern, great and peaceful apartment and place to live as we live here for 29 days with great views, beautiful and clean, nice BBQ patio with amazing mountains views, fresh with warm hospitality. Two separate flats in amazing conditions. Syuzanna is very responsible and very friendly. This house is so close to the supermarkets and main road which is you can find everything you wand very easily with really good and fair prices. Me and my wife very happy to choose and live here for this Armenia trip. Dilijan is really nice city and of course we will be choosing it again and again.

The house was very large and comfortable and clean. The view was great from the balcony. There were the necessary appliances. Besides homeowners were very responsible, punctual and flexible. I highly recommend them.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spotless and the furniture was not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for evening meals, and the view of the mountains was simply breathtaking. Every detail was thought of, and it made our stay so enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended!

Overall, the rental went very well. The terrace is great! We spent a lot of time on this terrace, we did barbecue, listened to the music etc. In short, it was fine!(there are all to make barbecue, a grill, steel skewer, there is even a hair dryer to blow on the embers ) The house is a little smaller than we imagined from the photos, especially the kitchen/hand room area. But in the end we don't spend a lot of time there. We mostly spent time in the courtyard with the covered terrace and in the room, which is very spacious. The house is close to the center, the central park can be reached in 10-15 min. In short, feel free to choose this place, especially if you want to barbecue in the outdoor courtyard and eat on the terrace with others. If you want to have an apartment experience with all the comforts of an apartment - this rental is not the most suitable for you! Best regards,

Great apartment, just note the building type The apartment itself was fantastic — clean, well-equipped, and just right in every way. Everything worked smoothly and the host was responsive and helpful. That said, if you’re familiar with late Soviet-era residential construction, you’ll recognize the building style — a cluster of block-style buildings with common areas that are stark, utilitarian, and bleak. The apartment is on the 5th (top) floor, and while there's no elevator, the stairs are wide, easy to climb, and the stairwell is surprisingly comfortable. No problem for us, but worth noting. All in all, a great stay — would happily return.

The apartment is on the ground floor, with its own entrance and the ability to park your car comfortably. Nice wifi. Nice hot shower. Plenty of towels, linens and dishes. When it's hot outside, the apartment remains pleasantly cool. In general, everything was fine. Here we managed to take a break and reconnect after a long journey and before the next big car trip. Thank you very much ❤️ [There was no laundry detergent; and shampoo, body wash, hand soap, etc. were not updated when we arrived. But it seems like it shouldn't have been. It just didn't match my expectation, so I note.]

We had an amazing stay in Dilijan at Misak's apartment, the place was clean and comfy. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. It is a new building with a nice playground for kids. I would highly recommend this apartment for everyone who wants to spend a view days in Dilijan with his family.
