The house is located at the beginning of the old settlement of Nikiti. This is a newly renovated space that in the past has been a historic building that functioned as a Chalkidio (old iron shop). It is a detached house that has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, as well as 2 air conditioners in each area of the house.
