I had an amazing stay at this brand new apartment! Even before booking, the host was incredibly helpful, they sent over a detailed video tour and additional photos since the unit was newly listed, which really helped me feel confident about my decision. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures! Bright, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, providing extra items I requested like a clothes iron and cleaning supplies. Everything was ready and set up upon arrival. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The space itself was perfect for working remotely, with good natural light, a comfortable workspace, and beautiful views of the lake, especially at sunset. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a quiet, cozy, and elegant place to stay in Hanoi. Would definitely come back!

great location, 20 min walk to old town but far enough out that it’s not too busy on roads. Space was beautiful, looks just like the pictures. Would recommend.

Very responsive every time we asked for information. Thái and his team was great and helpful. The apartment itself is great, clean and lots of lighting. Specially they are pet friendly. My dog loves it there. Thanks team. We will be back.

Outstanding Host and Exceptional Service! I had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond—when my baggage was lost at the airport, Mr. Toan immediately stepped in to help, offering support and guidance despite the late hour. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he even arranged a taxi from the airport for me, making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible given the circumstances. Truly outstanding hospitality. If you're considering booking—don’t hesitate! This place (and the host) is top-notch.

チェックインからチェックアウトまでスムーズでした。トイレットペーパーがなくなった時の対応なども早く助かりました。

Hosts always respond quickly and provide quick assistance. The room is clean and consistent with the picture, but the bed is a bit cheap, so it was uncomfortable to spread my luggage because my back hurt and there was no table in the room. It is very convenient because it is close to Midding, a Korean town, and there are both markets and restaurants in the building.

This place is amazing! The room is spacious, cozy, exactly like the photos, fast wifi, with giant TV to watch movies and gives everything what I need during my stay. It has big balcony to see the street. Located in fifth floor above a spa. The unit is super private and with elevator! At first it feels weird to take the elevator through the spa to go to the room, but then it’s all okay. Location is also great, right in the old quarter, with many good restaurants and coffee shops next door. Most importantly, the host is super helpful, proactive and pretty flexible with check in/out. Definitely will come back to this place!

If you’re looking for a hotel-like experience with a unique twist, this place is perfect. The panoramic views of Hanoi from the large windows are absolutely stunning, and the cold A/C was a welcome comfort after a day of exploring. I felt completely safe during my stay, and the environment was peaceful and secure. Although it’s located in the tourist area, it still felt quiet and private — a great balance of convenience and calm. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a beautiful, comfortable, and well-located stay in Hanoi.

we had a great stay in Hanoi and Thuy's & Kurt place was the perfect base home to explore the city. Totally recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, everything was spotless and the location was ideal. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi!

le séjour étai parfait 🙏🏻🌺☀️ merci beaucoup Thuy Trang 💪🏻 l'appartement était nickel et a proximité de tout (restaurant, shop etc etc) la petite terrasse est agréable, tout était propre 👍🏻on a de quoi se préparer a manger, le lit étai confortable, la climatisation Marche très bien, la télé aussi (les prise pour charger votre téléphone, ordinateur fonctionne bien "pas besoin d'adaptateur pour les personnes Françaises")

7층 높이라 밤에 야경보며 술마시기에도 좋았고 침구 및 수건 등에서 좋은 향기가 남 세탁기도 있어서 찝찝한 날씨에 돌아다니던 옷들을 바로 세탁할 수 있어 매우 좋았습니다 식기류도 준비가 다 되어있으며 마트도 가까워 음식해서 먹기도 좋네요 다음에 하노이 방문하게 되면 또 이용할 것 같습니다
